Overall for the prices it's ok, but the door lock and windows lock is missing, looks not so safe.

No doubt that this is really a good budget hotel for solo and working trip. Location Wide is a bit diri ILT as we need to drive if you’re looking for local food.  Sorry for my messy bed 😅😅😅😅

Basic amenities. No bottle drink provided. Aircond need maintenance- noisy

Hotel is ok but the power plug in room should improve, there is only one UK power plug in the room. The worst thing is at midnight, hotel nearby is mat rempit hotspot. Was wokeup by the motor exhaust sound and couldn't sleep at all, continuosly happening for almost an hour

Booked for staff to stay; vetted it myself when I stayed here some time ago. Cleanliness was fine, rooms are big and aircond is cold. That's all you need, right?

Overall is ok except for the room only have one charging point. Unplug ur tv for another charging point. Sea view room is blocked by the building in front and only left a bit of view sadly.

Overall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the "Penang Smart Parking" app.

They are providing good service, everyday will clean the room, even purposely call me to ask me need room cleaning service or not. The bed still got a little bit stains but since the price not so expensive, and it just a place for me to sleep, so overall still OK. It near to Penang Sentral, so it is convenient to stay if you travel with ETS.

The hotel easy to access everywhere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately no breakfast was available. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a bad experience, pictures and the experiences I had is totally differnet. Even the pillows are stained to the max, not jus 1 of the pillows but all. Hotel room is basic, amenities and bathroom is close to nothing, towels are smelly.
