Experiencia horrible. Habitación y muebles viejos. NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS. Papel de paredes rajado, sofá sucio y raído. Todo muy desagradable "creepy". Suelos viejos y sucios. La ventana daba a una tapia. El baño sí que estaba renovado como en las fotos. No recomendable para niños. La suite familiar es la misma que la doble. Simplemente añaden camas supletorias donde quepan. No hablan inglés. En el ascensor cada planta es de hoteles diferentes, mal ambiente. Tuvimos que irnos. Perdimos el dinero de la reserva porque se negaron a reembolsarnos. Nos fuimos a otro hotel de la zona. Lo peor que me he encontrado en korea.

The place is close to the sea. Very good service and good room with high quality amenities. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You can cook there and enjoy your food also can take the good view of the sea just 1 min walk from the hotel. In a word. Awesome!!!!

Room is good.Have kitchen,refrigerator and washing machine.Strong waterflow.Bed is a little bit small for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally great experience. The location is fantastic—it's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel apartment itself is beautiful, and we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade with a stunning beach view. This made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there was one significant downside: the elevator situation. The stairs are not a viable option, and during certain hours of the day, it can be almost impossible to get into the elevator. We found ourselves waiting for 30-40 minutes at times just to squeeze in. This was quite frustrating and put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

Rude receptionist, no wifi, no TV, aircon keeps stopping. I went to front desk for help, she said no english and ignored me as I stand there waiting for help. And there was no notice that the pool is under construction so basically there is nothing for me and my daughter to do here.

Disinterested and unfriendly staff who were unwilling to help with anything beyond the bare minimum. The building has rooms from multiple hotels all mixed together across multiple floors and only 2 working lifts which are also used by service staff. Consequently it can take 10 minutes to leave the building. Room is incredibly basic (not even any natural light) but clean.

This hotel is close to the beach. I was given a better room 😍🫰🏽 There was everything I need for a comfortable stay. I was glad to have a kitchen and a washing machine 🙈

Great location - just 1 min from the beach. First they checked me in the room without view. Very dark. But the next day i moved to the better one. The staff was very helpful.

Avoid this hotel. Listed as 4-star hotel but it’s 1-star. The TV cable was dangling like it’s half repaired. The room is dated and old - unlike the pictures given on the site. This is misleading consumers! The bathroom flooded after every shower due to faulty door but reception never look into this or change room. Had to use this poor product for 5 days. Saw numerous hair on the floor in room and bathroom upon check in. Worst hotel experience with trip.com so far. They should evaluate this hotel urgently.

We used the following hotel services: - baggage storage prior to check in - one free laundry detergent packet - memory foam pillow rental Overall, the hotel felt like an Airbnb with a front desk. Note: there are two buildings A and B with the same room numbers. Make sure to double check which building your room is located.

Location is perfect. The hotel is near the haeundae beach. The room has everything ( fridge, dish, a washing machine etc). the hotel was very good choice.
