Todo el personal con el que contatábamos fue amable y útil.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Check in went smoothly. 2 single beds in room very comfy.3 coat hangers for 2 people to hang wedding outfits and 2 days /Night outfits!!!. Carpet in room was stained and needed a good clean or better still replacing.the bathroom !!!! I think its had a refurb but they forgot to replace the bath.where the bath panel meets the top of the bath was disgusting all it needs is a toothbrush to clean the gunge out.maybe the housekeepers need extra time in each room to get them up to scratch. We ate in the dining room on our first night. I had the steak and ale raised pie it was the best ive ever tasted. My 3 companions all had fish and chips which they all enjoyed but they could not eat it all( very large portions).we had breakfast 2 mornings could not fault it there was such a good choice. Full english, croissants and pastries, cereals, toast and fruit juice. The dining room and kitchen staff get 10 out of 10. But as i said earler housekeeping not up to standard 6 out of 10

El hotel es un hotel muy antiguo y muy agradable.

Good location, friendly staff and very clean hotel. Two points based on my last three visits since opening the hotel in September: 1/ breakfast items are deteriorated (not many items; also they replaced standard croissants with mini croissants; cashews with sunflower seeds and dried bananas with raisins). 2/ parking is still an issue as you have park either on your own anywhere or to use m@s parking at 25% discount (reducing the charge to £7.5 per day). Apart from these two issue good experience and we enjoyed it.

Muy básico. El radiador no funcionaba en la habitación y lo reemplazaron por uno pequeño. La habitación estaba muy pasada de moda. La televisión era muy pequeña y la cama estaba colocada muy cerca de una ventana. Un fuerte pitido en el pasillo la mantuvo despierta por la mañana. Mi abuela estaba discapacitada y tuvo que subir a la parte trasera del hotel a su habitación ya que todas las demás habitaciones parecían estar reservadas. No hay ascensor y todo era viejo y anticuado. Está bien para una estadía corta, pero para una estadía básica, no parecía muy cómodo. Creo que hubiera sido una experiencia más agradable con una habitación mejor.

Nos habían reservado dos habitaciones con un doble y una cama única en ambos, pero cuando llegamos se nos dijo que la reserva era para dos habitaciones con un doble en cada uno como teníamos niños también no era mejor hotel feliz era grande pero arruinado el viaje
