El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. El hotel era conveniente para estacionar mi coche. El desayuno buffet era grande y ofrece una buena elección. El personal era amigable, la cama de cama buena y la matrícula muy cómoda. Similare a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Volveré a visitar Bursa City otra vez.

El servicio orientado al cliente, las solicitudes se responden adecuadamente, el número se dio más alto, como hemos pedido, permitido dejar libre más tarde, como no lo gestionamos. En general, para el tránsito o el viaje de negocios, recomendaría firmemente, para el recreo es poco probable que se adecue, el lugar es muy específico - alrededor de la pista, la compra y la zona industrial. Y otra gran minus - la piscina funciona de 14.00 a 22.00, desde la mañana no hay capacidad para nadar. Es extraño. Y en general, el hotel no es malo. tranquilo, limpio, tranquilo.

Nos alegramos de su desayuno, de su confort y de su limpieza, de su interés por el personal y de sus facilidades. Cuando se ingresó, se dirigieron a nuestra habitación y respondieron inmediatamente. A y z ye es un hotel de todo tipo de confort. Nosotros lo recomiendamos.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

El personal está muy interesado, el té y el café, en cualquier hora que quiera, incluso cuando subo a la esquí, me han llenado el termómetro cuando vi el termómetro. Muchas gracias al personal. El hotel está nuevo, todo lo nuevo, el baño-lavabo-muñecas realmente limpias. ¡El desayuno es muy importante para mí, busqué el desayuno y le pregunté el menú caliente, dijeron que podíamos hacer una especie de omeleta amplia y en la cocina, pero cuando nos fuimos, dijeron que no había tubo! El desayuno era como un helado el primer día no comíamos nada, congelamos, y los días siguientes salíamos con ropa de esquí para no congelar. Fui a la vacaciones de esquí, así que la primera cosa que busqué cuando llegué al hotel esta noche es quema, pero no hay sistema de calefacción, no hay calefacción en el aire acondicionado, no en el esquí, me enfermé en la habitación. En primer lugar, el personal estaba muy interesado en nosotros. Cuando quiera, traen té o café, cuando vieron que tengo un termómetro, me llenaron de té, gratis. El hotel recientemente construido, así que todo está nuevo en la habitación. El baño de habitaciones es limpio. Pero el calefacción de la habitación con aire acondicionado. Puede ser muy largo. La sala de cenas es muy fría.

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.
