Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – man konnte alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Ein großer Minuspunkt war jedoch die Minibar und der kostenlose Service, da alle angebotenen Produkte Boykott-Produkte waren. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

El Bursa, donde vivimos familia, fue un hotel tranquilo junto a un mercado de la ciudad cerrado y muy cerca de Ulucami. Antes de nada, el trip advisor, aunque he visto fotos viejas, y he recibido información, gracias a todo el personal, especialmente al señor Tuncay... Si ha renovado el hotel y vea sus fotos viejas, no se engañe. Es un hotel limpio y renovado, con una familia.

El precio es barato, sólo EUR75.60 por noche para 3 habitaciones, por lo que necesita ajustar sus expectativas en consecuencia. Habría dado al hotel 5 burbujas -- una gran ubicación central, tiene un ascensor (una novedad en Turquía), desayuno incluido, toallas y camas están limpias y calientes todo el día. Sin embargo, tengo que quitar una burbuja porque el AC en nuestra habitación no funcionaba. Nos quejamos al recepcionista, vino a la habitación y trataba de convencernos de que el AC realmente funcionaba, pero fue caliente porque fue verano. Simplemente evite la habitación 404, sería horriblemente caliente cuando llega el verano real.

Muy cerca de las tiendas y las instalaciones. Los restaurantes y la tienda están a unos 3 minutos a pie. El transporte público y los taxis, etc, también están a pocos minutos a pie. El personal del hotel y de la habitación muy limpio están acomodados. Visitaremos de nuevo.

I booked this hotel because is in the center of Bursa, closed to the Ulu Mosque and the grand pazar, I came to this hotel before with my family, the hotel is clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok , I have a good experience with his hotel, I will come again

El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

La ubicación es excepcional. Por lo demás, se asegurarán de que se sienta bienvenido desde la entrada hasta la salida, tiene muchas razones para destacar. De la recepción, restaurantes, spa y mantenimiento de casa, todas las equipos son extremadamente amables y útiles. El desayuno está compuesto de una combinación de artículos sanos y ricos. Las habitaciones del hotel son muy grandes y cuentan con aplicaciones de pantalla inteligente, mobiliario moderno y otras instalaciones (debe decir que el enorme balcón era nuestro favorito). El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.
