El Bursa, donde vivimos familia, fue un hotel tranquilo junto a un mercado de la ciudad cerrado y muy cerca de Ulucami. Antes de nada, el trip advisor, aunque he visto fotos viejas, y he recibido información, gracias a todo el personal, especialmente al señor Tuncay... Si ha renovado el hotel y vea sus fotos viejas, no se engañe. Es un hotel limpio y renovado, con una familia.

El personal está muy interesado, el té y el café, en cualquier hora que quiera, incluso cuando subo a la esquí, me han llenado el termómetro cuando vi el termómetro. Muchas gracias al personal. El hotel está nuevo, todo lo nuevo, el baño-lavabo-muñecas realmente limpias. ¡El desayuno es muy importante para mí, busqué el desayuno y le pregunté el menú caliente, dijeron que podíamos hacer una especie de omeleta amplia y en la cocina, pero cuando nos fuimos, dijeron que no había tubo! El desayuno era como un helado el primer día no comíamos nada, congelamos, y los días siguientes salíamos con ropa de esquí para no congelar. Fui a la vacaciones de esquí, así que la primera cosa que busqué cuando llegué al hotel esta noche es quema, pero no hay sistema de calefacción, no hay calefacción en el aire acondicionado, no en el esquí, me enfermé en la habitación. En primer lugar, el personal estaba muy interesado en nosotros. Cuando quiera, traen té o café, cuando vieron que tengo un termómetro, me llenaron de té, gratis. El hotel recientemente construido, así que todo está nuevo en la habitación. El baño de habitaciones es limpio. Pero el calefacción de la habitación con aire acondicionado. Puede ser muy largo. La sala de cenas es muy fría.

We are family of 5, stayed here for 3 nights. Location was obviously great, the centre of everything. Rooms are thoroughly clean, to the extent they put everything in plastic (which i feel could be minimize, as this is a waste and not healthy for the planet). Staff are very polite and friendly. They assisted us at every point we needed. Welcoming drinks are much appreciated, thank you. We had breakfast once, decent, but could be better in variety. All in all, we enjoyed our stay (:

El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. Lokasyon acisindan Ulu Camii ve sehir merkesine toplu tasima araclari ,dolmus , taksi gibi araclari kullana bilirsiniz yaklasik 20dk nizi alacaktir. Simdiden tesekkurler . We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The elevator stoped on us, so we used the stairs instead ( 6 floors to get the lobby ). the electric stoped 2-3 times while we are there, no room service for food, no tissue.

El hotel era conveniente para estacionar mi coche. El desayuno buffet era grande y ofrece una buena elección. El personal era amigable, la cama de cama buena y la matrícula muy cómoda. Similare a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Volveré a visitar Bursa City otra vez.

La ubicación es excepcional. Por lo demás, se asegurarán de que se sienta bienvenido desde la entrada hasta la salida, tiene muchas razones para destacar. De la recepción, restaurantes, spa y mantenimiento de casa, todas las equipos son extremadamente amables y útiles. El desayuno está compuesto de una combinación de artículos sanos y ricos. Las habitaciones del hotel son muy grandes y cuentan con aplicaciones de pantalla inteligente, mobiliario moderno y otras instalaciones (debe decir que el enorme balcón era nuestro favorito). El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.
