We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

Muy cerca de las tiendas y las instalaciones. Los restaurantes y la tienda están a unos 3 minutos a pie. El transporte público y los taxis, etc, también están a pocos minutos a pie. El personal del hotel y de la habitación muy limpio están acomodados. Visitaremos de nuevo.

El Bursa, donde vivimos familia, fue un hotel tranquilo junto a un mercado de la ciudad cerrado y muy cerca de Ulucami. Antes de nada, el trip advisor, aunque he visto fotos viejas, y he recibido información, gracias a todo el personal, especialmente al señor Tuncay... Si ha renovado el hotel y vea sus fotos viejas, no se engañe. Es un hotel limpio y renovado, con una familia.

Las habitaciones de tema en el decoro detallado de cada habitación cuando tuve que experimentar dos habitaciones diferentes para dos noches de estancia haciendo dos reservas diferentes fue una gran aventura.. amada vieja llamada de estilo, aunque no pudo llamar en ningún lugar para llamar.. ^&^
Definitivamente mostraron orgullosamente que se preocupan por el corazón y que se desplazaron para mantener el nivel de calidad de la limpieza. ^&^

UUsuario invitadoThe best hotel in that area for those looking for a quiet stay. Popular places like Cumalikizik, botanic garden, cable car etc are very close if you have a car or take a taxi. Some beautiful museums and resat oyal kulturpark are in walking distance. Reception was very professional as I have waited only 2 mins for the check-in/out, and they provided all information. Quick room service with very friendly staff especially in the morning, the food was simply AMAZING. Thank you!

GGoPlaces30387396860El hotel está muy cerca de servicios y el té está gratis en el barrio exterior de hotel, cerca de servicios y tiendas, aparcamiento gratuito y ordenar las habitaciones de vistas a la montaña, y hay una tienda de lavandería a 200 metros del hotel y precio barato, y el La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay lugar para lavar las comidas porque son pequeñas, el baño es excelente y el limpieza es perfecta cada mañana, le aconsejo a los jóvenes, no a las familias.

HHanan AmanThe hotel has private parking hence very comfortable for those who drive. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and amenities were okay. We merely stay for one night and we have nothing to complain :) The breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast (as per pic) and i think that is acceptable for the price we pay.

Sin embargo, tengo que quitar una burbuja porque el AC en nuestra habitación no funcionaba. Nos quejamos al recepcionista, vino a la habitación y trataba de convencernos de que el AC realmente funcionaba, pero fue caliente porque fue verano. Simplemente evite la habitación 404, sería horriblemente caliente cuando llega el verano real.

Excellent hotel easy and fast to check in. All the stuff are friendly and helpful to everyone. It's very clean from lobby to your room. The stuff Mahmood and Asli öztüfekçi are very helpful and understanding for all your needs. we enjoyed our staying and we high recommended this hotel. I will be back again. This is the 3rd time I stayed in his hotel. Bursa Palas Hotel located opposite the silk Han , Ulu Cami. And towels market.

Puedes ir a cualquier parte del centro de la ciudad con tranquilidad a pie. Créeme, esperaba un hotel mucho peor. sólo para dormir demasiado. La única cosa mala es que la habitación se agita mientras camina en las habitaciones, como si cada momento se despertara... y las personas de arriba a las dos horas de la noche... hacen un sonido loco en la habitación. No mira el teléfono, no lo abrimos de nuevo, al menos nos ibamos a dar un aviso el día siguiente, pero no pudimos llegar a nadie, al menos podía haber sido un oficial, la habitación estaba limpia.

AAliuysal12Viajaba en el hotel cercano 5-6, siempre hubo un problema en términos de precio y limpieza. Por casualidad, llegamos aquí. Tanto la limpieza como la ubicación y las habitaciones son muy bonitas, la relación del personal con la cara de la rosa es más importante que todo. También los precios son adecuados. Si estás por aquí, lo recomiendo.
