En el hotel que pasamos dos noches, el baño era limpio, las camas estaban tranquilas, el desayuno era nutritivo, no hay habitación familiar, creo que nuestros hijos han dado una habitación separada, que creo que es un problema, y un problema está muy lejos del centro de la bolsa. Me tarda mucho tiempo para que los que quieren ir a la ciudad, pero aun así, sugiero.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Un taxi es necesario porque está un poco lejos del centro de Bolsa. El taxi al centro de la ciudad necesita unos 10 minutos ～ 15 minutos, 100TL aproximadamente. Tome un taxi de la estación de autobús por unos 20 minutos, 200TL El hotel es muy limpio y el personal es muy amigable. El desayuno ofrece salsa. Otras frutas y verduras frescas se encajan en una fila, satisfactoria. Yo sólo vivi una noche, pero creo que si dos o dos personas viven en dos o más, puedes sentir el confort de este hotel. Esta vez quiero estar con mi compañero.

El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. I booked this hotel because is in the center of Bursa, closed to the Ulu Mosque and the grand pazar, I came to this hotel before with my family, the hotel is clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok , I have a good experience with his hotel, I will come again

Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

We are family of 5, stayed here for 3 nights. Location was obviously great, the centre of everything. Rooms are thoroughly clean, to the extent they put everything in plastic (which i feel could be minimize, as this is a waste and not healthy for the planet). Staff are very polite and friendly. They assisted us at every point we needed. Welcoming drinks are much appreciated, thank you. We had breakfast once, decent, but could be better in variety. All in all, we enjoyed our stay (:

The elevator stoped on us, so we used the stairs instead ( 6 floors to get the lobby ). the electric stoped 2-3 times while we are there, no room service for food, no tissue.

El hotel era conveniente para estacionar mi coche. El desayuno buffet era grande y ofrece una buena elección. El personal era amigable, la cama de cama buena y la matrícula muy cómoda. Similare a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Volveré a visitar Bursa City otra vez.
