首先辦理入住登記時非得要用信用卡作為按金，並且要求給前台卡背面的三位數PIN,不告訴PIN還説對他的不信任，態度也不好，最終溝通了好久才同繳兩百澳幣作為按金（訂單入住須知説的很清楚按金是用現金），進房間後空調遙控器是壞的，根本不能使用，與前台溝通也沒解決。房間衞生也很差

性價比算高，走5分鐘就市中心，買的吃的都有，對面有麥當勞，油站，樓下中餐館，Pizza店，如果安排到海景房景色更好，停車免費

Very nice staff and rooms are fine but they rooms have no privacy in the dead of the night. I can hear other guests urinating in the next room, and the upstairs rooms, and can even tell if they are a male or female by the sound it makes. Woke up in the middle of the night, around 3am, to the sound of a man vomiting in the toilet of one of the rooms! Hope he felt better after that.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Staff were very friendly. Parking was available on site. Location is great if you want to be on the port end of town. Close to shops if you require.

This review is based off the rate paid in comparison to the goods/service provided. At time of booking this was the cheapest available room in Burnie, as I was traveling solo and was not going to be spending much time here, I booked. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large clean (while slightly outdated) room with friendly helpful service. I was comfortable and felt the value to money ratio was spot on. Would book again.

Given the price, this is clearly a budget hotel, and it's a great value for the price. The basics. We had a nice sized room. The bed was good, though not great (an old style - but not old - spring type). The shower was very good. The towels were fine but not lush. Free parking, free wifi. Good heating/AC. Largish but not huge TV. Decor was minimal, probably to keep down costs. But we don't rent a hotel for the ¹pictures. Location was good, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It does not have an ocean view (if it had it would have cost more). The desk is not attended after 7, so if you needed something from management late at night you were out of luck. Boxed breakast available - we didn't get one. Lunch and dinner available, we did not try it. Laundry off the lobby, but annoyingly, it was open only during the business day..
