Valoraciones de Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington

Special thanks to Ms. Radka from the Front Desk Office for her great support & excellent communicatoon skills with guests

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington! The location is absolutely fantastic — right by the lake, with beautiful views and a lovely waterfront area to walk around. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Free parking was a great bonus. It was also a perfect place to stop on our way from Niagara Falls. We would definitely come back!

It was located in a great location overlooking the waterfront. Food was great too.

Service was really good

It was very convenient location . There were coffee shop just few steps away. The location was the best , right on water and nice path to walk and enjoy water view. The only disappointment was that we had to pay extra for parking .

Very nice hotel and will live again And we are really appreciate the best service of their front desk when i check in at 3:00PM, their service is the best which i lived in other hotel

Everything is good for me, the location is excellent, and there is a parking lot a little further away where you can park for free on weekends.
