This 4 bedrooms house has 1700 sqft of living space and two full bathrooms . It located on the canal that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. You can fish and watch wildlife in your backyard. It located near famous restaurants and beaches. For your safety please Do not swimming in the canal. Recently we have many upgrades in the house. The use of kayaks are at your own risks. There are 2 cameras. One in the front in on the left side window in the living room. The other located in the Sunroom. For your privacy please turn off ( unplugged) those cameras. Aripeka is located between Spring Hill, Hernando Beach and Hudson providing plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy during your stay!Enjoy kayaking, fishing off the nearby bridges, or just stay in and watch the Sunset! Launch the kayaks from our yard and explore the Gulf of Mexico or paddle over to the river and springs nearby! We have equipped our patio and back deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for cookouts. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the Bedroom, a futon in the living room, and an additional queen air mattress if needed. The home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a vacation getaway and starter toiletries. We have incorporated a dedicated workspace and free wifi for those who may need to work during their stay. All of the TV's are equipped with Roku for streaming as well!
