We are close to everything that is Ogunquit! The house is located 2 streets behind Admiral's Inn (very near the Ogunquit playhouse). It is 1/2 mile to Ogunquit center, 8/10 mile to the beach, and 1 mile to Perkins Cove. There's parking for 4 to 5 vehicles as there are two driveways at the property, there is no street parking at all. The home has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, one is on the second floor, and one is on the third floor. The layout of the home is different so I've added a video showing where the different rooms are. Please take a look at it, I think it will explain a lot. We have an older Windows based computer for guest use along with a wireless air printer/scanner in case you must do work. Linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen are also included. There is AC in each bedroom and in the living room on the 2nd floor. The first floor back bedroom has a splint on the wall, the 1st floor den has a rolling ACunit, and the front bedroom on the 1st floor has a window unit. The rest of the house has split unit ACs mounted on the wall. One bedroom on the first floor has a queen m bed , the other has a queen over queen and queen over full bunk beds. The second floor bedroom has a queen bed. The third floor room has 2 queen beds and an en suite bath. We have a large deck with a gas grill and seating for 10. There are three large screen TV's, one in the first floor den, one in the main living room (2nd floor) and one in the 3rd floor bedroom. The back yard is small but it features a chiminea. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
