Chair cushions are located in an outdoor cupboard. The small private fully fenced yard is yours to roam as well as the larger partially fenced back yard which is shared with the owner. Please do NOT leave dogs unattended in the larger back yard, it is NOT dog proof. I love working on this home from within the private access studio which shares a wall with the rental unit.
