The private 1 bedroom unit is very clean and has granite counter tops, fully tiled shower, landscaped private backyard, large dedicated parking spot right in-front, and Air Conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area. Located in a quiet area it has a completely private backyard and entrance from the house it is attached to. It is only 2 blocks from famous Moonlight Beach, and 4 blocks old-town Encinitas. Encinitas is considered by many as one of the true gem beach areas in the county, providing many niche eating and shopping options. Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV with access to see and record on DVR all local and standard cable channels, plus Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table. We have had great feedback, just check out the comments left by our guests. Moonlight is one of the most popular beaches in North County San Diego, with facilities that include restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, fire pits, beach rentals , children’s playground, and even a great snack bar! Casa Lone Jack is a 10 minute drive to coast Highway (101) that features festive bars, delicious restaurants, craft breweries and beautiful picturesque beaches!! Sink your toes in the sand at Moonlight State Beach, Seaside State Beach or any of the lovely beaches that wind along the gorgeous coastal edge of North County San Diego. Trains and trolleys are available to make various journeys easy and fun. For your little ones, Legoland, San Diego Zoo as well as the Safari Park are just short drives away. Petco Park, go Padres!! is a 30-45 minute drive and even shorter by train. Del Mar racetrack is just to the South and also hosts the San Diego Fair each summer. Two other bedrooms in the main house have queen beds and the 4th bedroom features a queen/full bunk bed. In addition to the master bath, the main house has one full bath and one 3/4 bath. The property also features a beautiful extra large detached casita which includes a king-sized bed, 3/4 bath, a twin day bed and has fun extras like a dual pool/ping pong table. In addition to a charming farm-style half door it also has sliding doors that open to the backyard and pool area. This home is custom built with plenty of extra amenities including, tankless water heater, reverse osmosis filtration & soft water system.
