Upon entering, you are welcomed by a living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV, armchair, side table, and a dining table for 6 people. From the living room, you can access the back garden, which features outdoor furniture, a porch, an private pool, and views of the ancient Nazarite wall. It is distributed on three floors and its more than 120 m2 are for you and your guests. This space is perfect to enjoy a good coffee while listening to the birds singing. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, kettle, pans, pots, blender and complete kitchenware. In the living room you have board games, books and a Smart TV to access your Netflix accounts and other platforms. In addition, there is a hot and cold pump (air conditioning and heating) to regulate the temperature in any season of the year.On the second floor are the three bedrooms (1.50 bed, 1.35 bed and 1.05 bed respectively) and the main bathroom.
