We had pre booked and paid for our stay few moths earlier. On arrival day we called the owner for getting the keys to our apartment and they picked up first time. On the phone she said that her colleague calls back to let us know when we get the keys. Well, they never called back. After i called several times, they did not pick up. We waited until 21:00 that was the check in time - no-one called. As we booked via ***********, i called there to get help and booking customer service contacted Green Villages and found out they overbooked! Unbelievable! Instead of telling us that they are sorry, they lied and ignored us. *********** helped us with new accommodations and they return full payment. First time such experience. Avoid that place.
