What an awful Hotel. The food is diabolical, not much choice or variety. Jet2 haven't addressed our issues at all, just left us with a promise that they will be in touch, which they haven't yet. This isn't a 4 star rated hotel, more like a one and at a push a 2. The rooms are adequate, even though small. Our patio door was broken and we couldn't close it, so the Aircon didn't work properly. They didn't clear away the plates and left over food from our late supper the following morning, which they provided on our arrival. Our bed wasn't made, most of the pillows and cushions were left on the chair. Very limited choice for breakfast and evening meal. My husband couldn't have a cold drink other than water with his evening meal. He doesn't drink alcohol, so asked for orange juice, which was refused, as they only serve that at breakfast. The restaurant is dire and not what you would expect in any hotel. Food was pitiful. No bar area. No hotel facilities like a pool spa, Al la carte menu ( which is mentioned in their advert) Location is up an back road which is uphill, so the transfer just drop you off at the bottom. We are in our late sixties with health issues, so this isn't ideal for anyone with walking issues. Overall, just not what you would expect from a Jet2 4 star rated holiday. Very poor
