Buenas a todos me hospede en este hotel por cuatro noches ,la experiencia ha sido bastante satisfactoria,el personal muy atento,todos hablan perfecto inglés,la habitación está bien,lo necesario para dormir y darte una ducha,el baño es un poco pequeño,pero funcional,desde luego en esta bella ciudad donde menos vas a estar es en la habitación,el desayuno completo,por poner alguna pega poca variedad de fruta fresca, la ubicación ideal,el autobús 100E que viene del aeropuerto te deja a 100metros donde también tenéis paradas de metro,tranvía y bus,para volver al aeropuerto igual a las espaldas del hotel, nosotros salimos del hotel a las 3.30a.m y ya había bus al aeropuerto,por unos 900 florines alrededor de 2,5€ según este el cambio,para mí muy buena experiencia.Es una calle con algunos restaurantes,yo recomiendo el que hay justo enfrente (la mia ristorante) siempre está vacío y no lo entiendo hemos almorzado allí a diario y es económico,buena comida y muy atentos todos los camareros,la cocina es rápida,yo recomendaría el Panko chicken cordón blue,por cierto hablan inglés como en casi todos los sitios en esta ciudad.

One of the most budget friendly accommodation in the city! It is in a very strategic location where it is just few meters away from bus stop and metro train station. It is also just few bus stops away from famous tourist destinations. It is near grocery store and vodafone where you can buy a sim card (tip for tourists). Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have self service washing and drying machines, common kitchen and bathrooms, common lounge area, vending machines and many more. This place is wheelchair friendly as well for those who need them. Service wise was great as well. I would commend Thomas from reception for being helpful especially when we arrived from airport at 2AM. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. It is truly a great value for money.

I was supposed to stay for three nights at the MP Hostel in Budapest; but left a couple of hours after I checked in. I arrived in the hostel before the check-in time; thus requested to leave my suitcase while awaiting check-in. Receptionist David just told me, ”You can put it in the storage room.” He did not even show me where the storage room is. I had to find the room myself. Mind you, David was not busy at that time. He was just chatting with a friend in the reception area. When I finally checked in the hostel late afternoon and went to my room, I noticed that the room was very cold. I opened the heater knob; and waited for more than an hour. No changes; it was still very cold. I then went to the reception; and informed receptionist David about this. He was in the reception, indeed, just talking to another hostel staff Daniel who is apparently the hostel F&B manager. He casually told me, ”Open the heater valve.” To which I replied, ”I did that more than an hour ago; but it's still very cold. Perhaps you can accompany me to the room; and we can both check the heater.” David answered, ”It's not my job. I'm the receptionist; not the technician... and the technician is not here. Wait for your room to get warm.” I said, ”It's been more than an hour since I opened the heater; but the room never got warm at all. If it's not your job to address the heater problem, then who can help me fix this? Can you at least transfer me to another room with a working heating system?” After David called up someone and checked the available rooms, he finally agreed to move me to another room. While I was at the reception waiting for my new room to be ready, I was talking to a friend on the phone to express my disappointment. When David said that my room was ready, I hung my phone up right away; and was surprised when he said, ”I”M A F*CKING RECEPTIONIST. THE HOSTEL MANAGEMENT PLACED ME HERE BECAUSE I SPEAK ENGLISH. CHECKING THE ROOM OR THE HEATER IS NOT MY JOB.” I replied, ” Where did the 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' words come from? To be clear, I never addressed you a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' ” I said these sentences at least twice, to reiterate my point. Without knowing the context of the conversation because he (Daniel) was playing a video game on his phone, F&B manager Daniel suddenly charged at me, kept on pointing his right index finger at me, and raised his voice, ”Don't you dare disrespect my friend and call him 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' OR ELSE...” I then said, ”I didn't even call David a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' Go ask him.” When David agreed that I did not call him that, I then went inside my new room which was still very cold. Heater in the new room was not working. Again. After all the negative experience at MP Hostel Budapest, I decided to leave right away; and found another private room in a hostel nearby. Zero customer service. Aggressive. Threatening. I hope the hostel will improve on its customer service, and value its guests.

This hotel literally couldn’t get any worse…. Stayed here for a few nights. Looks like something you’d see on a late night murder investigation… Outdated. Tired, Stinks. Stayed in room 330 for 4 nights. The neighbour next door woke us up at 3am on the last night with tiger phone vibrating on the side and it was doing that still at 04:16 none stop! Fuming!!! Could hear various neighbours banging away through the walls during the visit. Just around from the lifts on the third floor were full of what seemed to be smoking party rooms full of shouting, partying youngsters and the reception staff not really caring or oblivious into the amount of noise they were making. I mean I could hear them from my room and they are near the lifts!!!. Completely unpleasant stay here. I would highly not recommend this hotel. Stay somewhere else for less!!! The quality of sleep you will get here is extremely poor! Ask for a room away from the centre courtyard if you want to sleep too! It even had switches fit the lights at bed pillow level so if you’re like me and can’t sleep at this hotel due to all the noise and move around, you’ll catch it with your pillow…. All the lights come on! Multiple times… and you’re awake! Poor room design too stuck in the 70’s or something… While the room does have air-con it is extremely noisy and sounds like your running a tap All night in the other room…. does very little to cool the room just everything about this hotel is awful and misleading… I gave this 1/5 because I couldn’t give it a 0! Will not recommend at all, not even for location there are far better hotels!

Las copas estaban a disposición y había otro huéspedes en el copo. Estas deberían estar conectadas como los huéspedes abiertos y no higiénicos que alguien ha tenido sus manos en. Las habitaciones se limpiaron diariamente. Unas veces las niñas entraron cuando estabamos en nuestras camas solas. Tomó una toalla y nunca los sustituyó, tuvo que salir de la ducha para bajar y conseguir nuevas toallas. Es bastante ruido, ya que el apartamento está en la carretera principal. Hay ciegos en las ventanas. Hay cortinas marrón pero no se adaptan a la ventana, así que el sol brilla y te despierta. No hay posibilidad de una larga mentira. Ten cuidado con los taxis de la calle - tratarán de cortarte cuando hayas estado bebiendo alcohol. Yo descargaría bolt - justo como Uber. Kebab shop a pocas puertas - preciosa comida Ahorra justo por la carretera. Cerca de algunos bars de fab. No estoy seguro si nos quedamos aquí otra vez.

This hotel suited us. Right from the start we received good welcome from reception and throughout the stay they were cheerful, always acknowledged us when we came in and out and were happy to call us taxis. The place was very clean. Breakfast met all our needs: selection of cheeses/salami/ham, musli, fresh fruit cocktail, bowls of fruit, pastries, yogurt, avocado, breads, bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, beans, salad, peppers, coffee/hot chocolate machine was good, fruit juices etc. I really wanted to use the hot tub/sauna but we ran out of time so can’t comment on that. Our apartment itself (703) was very good. We had 2 floors with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had a good tv, nice decor, beds and pillows I found super comfy, had a better night sleep than I do at home. Only negative for me was that the bedroom we had never had a wardrobe, the one next door had a good wardrobe and there was also one downstairs if we were really bothered and wished to hang up and run up and down the stairs, but we never had much clothes for the weekend so were happy to stack jumpers under bedside table and I lay my trousers over the top of my case so wasn’t a huge issue for me. Shower was great! Bathroom modern and clean. Had a hairdryer, shower cap and shower gel and body lotion. Lounge area had a sofa, dining table and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, hob and pans/utensils. They provided a tea towel and dish liquid, few sachets of coffee and tea bags but no sugar or milk cartons. The system they used was if you wanted the bedroom cleaning the next day you had to put a sign on door the evening before (before midnight). If you wanted towels changing then had to let reception know. Big plus for us was that the hotel was very quiet, no outside noise to disturb our sleep and that we had 2 bedrooms so our daughter had her own room and a proper bed. This was in preference to 1 hotel room with a sofa bed which I didn’t want. I thought the cost was good. Only other comment is that the hotel is a little out of the centre which we knew when we booked, but chose the hotel based on cost, having the 2 bedrooms and a lounge rather than all in a hotel room, good reviews and the fact that it was quiet as wasn’t in the city centre. There was option to use the nearby public transport but we were happy to walk, or called a taxi when we needed to. Overall I was really happy with the stay.

The location really is perfect. Situated facing the Danube and behind it is the castle. The views are fantastic. The building itself is stylish with lots of art around. The rooms were very good : large , clean ,tidy and worth paying for a riverside view as the view from the room can be put on a postcard. On the left was the parliament buildings and on the right was the chain bridge. I highly recommend their breakfast. Its fantastic. A massive variety to suit any diet. When we were staying , the front desk had two standout staff , Dorka and Zoltan who really were fantastic. They were efficient, keen to help and had lots of suggestions about where to eat and visit. It really made the stay even better as they sorted any ****** we had. One word of warning - beware the taxis! Some take advantage of a tourist unfamiliarity with the currency - so make sure you have agreed a price before you set off. We loved Budapest and I doubt we would look at another hotel next time we come.

En general, un buen lugar para quedarse... buen servicio de habitaciones..! Casi la mejor comida que tuve en Hungría durante 4 días. . . Sin embargo, la ubicación es decepcionante, está justo al lado del Bastión de los Pescadores, por lo que el paisaje es genial, sin embargo, para el último día de compras, se recomienda reservar un alojamiento cerca de la calle Bachi.
