일단 숙소가 너무 예쁘고 방도 은은하게 예뻤어요. 직원분도 친절하셨고 뭐 여쭤볼 때마다 잘 알려주셔서 좋았어요. 숙소 위치도 관광하기에 나쁘지 않았어요. 처음에 숙소 위치 찾을 때 조금 헷갈렸는데 지도 위치에서 벽 잘 보면 숙소 이름도 금방 찾을 수 있어요~

No era lo que esperábamos. Hablaré primero de los aspectos negativos. En primer lugar está calificado como hotel de tres estrellas y, al menos en España, no pasaría de hostal de dos. Nuestro estudio no estaba en la recepción y nos enviaron a una calle cercana y oscura paralela a la avenida principal. Entras en un viejo portalón, de un muy antiguo edificio y te sitúas en el citado estudio. Como le dé al vecino de al lado duch**** a las tantas lo escuchas más que si estuvieras junto a él. Imposible dormir antes de que acabe y si pone el marcha la bañera de hidro parece que te has subido a un tren de mercancías. Es decir lo de la insonorización conque se anuncia no es cierta, al menos en el estudio nuestro.Por la mañana, al primer rayo de luz te despiertas porque las cortinas son cortas y entra luz por todas partes. Durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia nadie entró para asear la habitación. Si eres tú el que se ducha, al no tener mampara ni cortina, aunque lleves cuidado inundas el baño. La Televisión no funcionaba. Pasamos de ello. En las fotos de las plataformas donde se anuncia el hotel hay errores como una descomunal piscina que obviamente no hay. Del exterior del hotel no hay ninguna porque si las ves no irías. Al contrario de otros comentarios recientes leídos, allí sólo se habla húngaro e ingles, ni una palabra de español.Y ahora lo positivo: Andando al centro de la ciudad hay entre 15 y 20 minutos a pie. En la Avenida principal a 300 metros hay una parada de metro y dos líneas de tranvía que pasan por delante del establecimiento. El "hotel" no resulta caro (67 euros la noche). El estudio cuenta con elementos para poder desayunar e incluso cenar allí. Se tuvo el detalle de ofrecer a la entrada unas cápsulas de café y leche junto dos croisanes. Nos guardaron las maletas a la salida durante dos horas sin cargo alguno. Y por último destacar (y eso es lo que salva algo nuestra estancia) al recepcionista Alain, superamable y cooperados con nostros en todo lo que pudo. Desde aquí le doy las gracias.

If the taxi driver hadn’t known where we were staying we would never have found it! Firstly we couldn’t get through the large door as they were operated by the reception! Upon entering we realised this was not so much a hotel as a 2nd floor set of apartments! As the other floors appeared to be private homes! The lift …….. was old and decrepit! The rooms appeared to be clean although I think more effort could be made! If you left the note for the cleaners to come in, that is literally all they did… come in, they folded the duvet on the bed. The coffee and tea making facilities were fine although you had to ask on a daily basis for more as we were only given 2 pods at a time! Upon checking out, well there was no one on reception to check out with, and this was 6 in the evening! Overall a disappointing experience

Pro : The location Con : - Has to pay cash even if on the website it's written credit card - In my room, it was written that this bottle of wine and water is the welcome of the hotel....we never had it and after asking they said they would bring....still waiting - The towel smell rotten wet - After 3 days and nobody answering at the reception I went to ask to clean and refill the room....we got towel, clean but nothing refill, I went back to ask toilet paper, soap etc....

We arrived after midnight and for that they charged us 10 Euros. They did not provided a receipt for this. Also we were accommodated in an apartment 3 blocks away from the hotel and without room services. Although this room had some facilities as a microwave and a cook top, we were expecting a hotel, not an airbnb like room. Communication with the hotel by email is terrible. The room was big, quiet and the location was good, near Astoria metro station.

Nice stay here a few days ago. Only one problem was wifi was spotty and they are working on it. Bonnie Isa and the whole staff were extremely accommodating to me and my mother. Hotel treated us to a great itallian meal for the Wi-Fi inconvenience. Would stay again for sure. Great conversation and extremely professional Booked our Covid test and airport transfers perfectly

The Fine Art Gallery was an amazing experience, I went two days in a row because I did not get to take in all the amazing art! The art gallery consists of temporary and permanent art and I got the experience of taking in everything. I went whilst the great Bosch’ artwork was available to appreciate. The gallery itself is fine art as it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Family ran business. Contacted me directly by Whatapp, which was good because it meant I had a direct contact with someone, should I have needed it. We were in the studio apartment which is in a different block. Having read previous reviews about the noise from the lift, we needn't have worried as the studios aren't in the in building with the lift. It was a tad difficult to find our apartment initially, but that's probably more a language barrier. Once we found it and worked out which keys were for which door it was a doddle. The apartment was clean tidy, with TV (only English speaking channel CNN not that we watched any TV anyway) and a job, fridge, microwave and washing machine in the kitchenette. The bathroom was massive and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. The room was really warm, and the hot water instant. WiFi provided too.This building is situated in a courtyard and there are rules about making a noise. That suited us to a tee as we had a 9year old with us some went back to the apartment after our day of exploration and dinner. Suited us perfectly as Budapest night life isn't really suitable for children. Staff were friendly and you can leave your cases at the reception either before or after check in, for free, which was really useful. I got sent a YouTube video on how to find the reception, which was easy to follow. It's not like a typical hotel, but we found it fabulous. A great experience and we'd highly recommend here for a family break
