Last minute booking, excellent customer services, beautiful room.

Perfect location, clean, good hospitality and good breakfast. The staffs were cooperative and helpful with multi-language skills .

Amazing hotel and very well located 5 minutes walking from 2 different metro lines. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always available when we needed them. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good selection of foods.

I had a booking with Cotton House. I had to cancel my stay due to a medical emergency. When we tried to cancel, they refused, not giving even a partial refund. Beware, their NO REFUNDS policy is absolute, and they simply do not care about their customers' circumstances.

In my review I want to specifically mention the politeness of the staff and readiness to support us, good breakfast, convenient location of the hotel and its unique atmosphere of the 30's. Together with my husband we spent wonderful 4 days in the hotel and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and other travelers.

We had a very nice stay at this themed boutique hotel. The building is lovely. We stayed in their suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and set out in the beautiful basement. The old atmospheric jazz club/cinema room on the same floor is worth taking a look at. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate our needs, such as supplying a kettle so that we could make tea as and when we wished. Would definitely stay again.

Nice boutique hotel with jazz theme. Ideally located close to lots of the attractions in Pest, all within walking distance. Room with king size bed, a bit low to the ground for us but ok, bedding very nice. Wardrobe with safe, shower with wc. Breakfast a lovely continental choice in a fabulous setting in the basement. Staff all spoke good English and were very nice.

Good location, breakfast was surprisingly limited but sufficient. Overall decor and woodwork was lovely. Mattresses were antiquated and def need upgrading. Will recommend and will stay again. Staff was helpful and assisted where/when needed. Grab an electric scooter and enjoy the neighborhood.

The hotel is very nice in a 1920s vibe and the service is very good. The rooms are not the biggest. We got one of the rooms without windows, which is okay, but it gets very dark. The room is quite noisy and we can hear all other gets bipping into there rooms or every time the ones next to us or upstairs are using the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, and the toilet is so close fitted between the wall and the shower that it is uncomfortable. The shower itself is so small it is hard to turn, and not possible to stand upright if you are tall. On the bright sight you also don't really get any water out of the shower. The water temperature doesn't remain constant but changes from boiling to freezing. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food, cakes and beverages.

Fantastic hotel! Top service, great buffet breakfast & lovely room with high ceiling, huge windows & lovely character furniture. The customer service start to finish was great - from late arrival to end of stay. Appreciated the transfer (with Daniel) who was friendly & flexible when our flight was delayed. This hotel was very clean and has a bit of personality. Give it a go.

Beautiful quaint hotel in excellent location. Very quiet but close to centre. Breakfast was good, rooms spotless and staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We arrived late in the night and there was no fuss. Flight was delayed and they called us to make sure all was OK. Thank you Edwina
