My experience with this hotel was terrible. Absolutely arrogant attitude of employees. They have also charged us twice for one of the rooms and didn’t commit to the mistake. Only via the phone they have apologized and said they will fix everything, but via email they never did. During breakfast I had to ask three times for our table to be cleaned from previous people and staff was walking like they are in their sleep.

Excellent location in the city center near river. Clean hotel with excellent service from hotel staffs.

酒店工作人員不友好，連續入住5天，退房時請求延遲退房1小時都不同意。早餐廳服務又慢又差，點一個omlet要等半小時，而且早餐選擇也不多，味道很一般，價格卻不便宜。很多小細節都讓客人覺得一點不温暖。

IMPECABLE 100% recomendable . servicio calidad calidez, atención al detalle , amabilidad, habitaciones amplias comodas . Ubicacaión perfecta Si llegas despes a del as 22 hs , recorda que estas en europa ... todo cierra y la posibilidada de cenar is minima o nula , se previsor , come antes de llegar y comprate algo porque aunque podes pedir delivery , ya todas las covinas estan cerradas .

What an absolutely stunning hotel, located right in the heart of Budapest. The rooms are presented and decorated beautifully, and are really modern with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. The pool, sauna and steam room are a lovely touch, and are not busy, making it a lovely place to relax. Breakfast is another highlight of this hotel, with both buffet and a la carte options cooked to perfection. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking at Budapest.

This hotel is everything you could ask for. Walking into the place we were taken back on the design of the hotel. Just an amazing design. Once we walked to reception they were efficient and helpful with getting us into a room, even though we were a couple hours early for check in. The room is well designed and the pillows were huge! The staff was also helpful in making recommendations even when the conceirge wasn't available. Also great location in the middle of everything.

The hotel has a great location, beautiful breakfast area, and the concierge was very helpful at sign in. The room and bathroom were both very nice, but from the first night we complained to anyone we could find that the air conditioning in our room was not working. We set the thermostat to its lowest setting and after 2 days the room temperature only dropped 1*. We slept on top of the duvet for 2 nights sweating. We took showers to try to keep cool. Finally as I was in the shower a maintenance man finally showed up and proclaimed that it was working fine and left before I could even get out of the shower to explain that the vents were cold but no air was coming out. He refused to come back and talk to me. At check out we told the man we were told was the manager of our dissatisfaction. He said he would compensate us with a free meal on our bill. We had a taxi waiting and he said the computer was working very slowly, but would email us our bill. He did not send us the bill. We called two days later about the bill and was finally sent an email with the hotel letterhead and no bill. As I am a lifetime platinum rewards member, I checked my rewards activity. The rewards came through, but it said the bill was yet to be released. Terrible management at an otherwise nice hotel. I will take some responsibility as I should have demanded another room after sweating on the bed the first night.

Beautiful clean and luxurious hotel in a great central location. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and very clean with a lovely welcoming scent. Pool was also a nice touch, in a lovely quiet spa area. But, the hotel bar service is Very slow. We went there 3 times for drinks and each time the service was very slow. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel, possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel is beautiful and decadently comfortable. From the moment you step in the doors and inhale the lovely, clean scent, the tone is set. While the accommodations were excellent, it was the staff that really set the hotel apart from any other. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite. Server Matthias in the Pavilion Restaurant and Sayid in Guest Arrivals/ Valet stood out as especially outstanding and gracious. We loved our three nights here and will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and well decorated. Check in was efficient, and provided interesting refreshing drinks. The location of the hotel was excellent, well located between many of the key sights of the city and near main pedestrian boulevards. There are several food options at the property, and breakfast was sufficient in the morning with nice options. The hotel opened recently and still does have some operational things to work out. The last day we were there, we ordered and then waited almost an hour for breakfast. The waiter then said the food was still delayed and we then had to leave hungry because we were leaving town, which was disappointing. Also, we were told there was a concierge but they were not available often, and also charged us an extravagant amount to mail postcards, which probably were never even sent (several times the postcards were left on a lobby table and the staff didn't seem to know what to do with them). Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice and the hotel provided easy access to many places.

Omggg. If I could rate this hotel I would do so higher. Was a gorgeous hotel !!!! Great location stunning rooms ,stunning lobby, stunning restaurant. Wonderful breakfast buffet Honestly you have to stay here!!!! The little coffee shop attached is the cutest. The art work all around the hotel is beautiful and all the doors into the rooms are painted with different s pictures.
