STAY HERE! Made a mistake on my booking by getting the mixed dorm however I wanted a female room, they changed it at reception without hassle and no extra charge (€27 for 3 nights) the room is very clean, the beds are comfy and you get a privacy curtain, light, plug and hangers in your little pod. There’s a few showers, hairdryer and toilets next to the room and a place to get ready in the morning (very clean) there is a bar downstairs with tvs and also serving good food, there’s chill places to sit outside the room and a rooftop. - 1 min walk to a shop - In the centre, short walks to landmarks - A bus to the airport 10 minute walk away - Bolt, buses and trams to get everywhere Would definitely stay here again!

Estuvimos 3 dias en Pascua. Hotel limpio, silencioso, con habitaciones amplias. Esta muy bien cuidado. El personal de Recepcion muy amables, al igual que el personal que atiende en los desayunos. Siempre atentos por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Desayuno abundante y variado. Cercano a parada de Bus y Tranvia. Tambien esta muy cerca la parada que te trae y te devuelve al aeropuerto. No mas de 5 minutos caminando. Un Hotel para volver. Por sacarle un pero....la iluminacion del baño para maquill**** las mujeres es bastante tenue. Recomendado 100%. Sin lugar a dudas acertaras al alojarte aqui.

El hotel dispone de una bañera muy amable y de baño. Buena para un baño de medio cuerpo. Me gustaría hacer una pausa aquí la próxima vez que me vaya a un viaje de negocios. Tesco y Aochan están todos cerca y a 5 minutos de la estación de tren.

Las copas estaban a disposición y había otro huéspedes en el copo. Estas deberían estar conectadas como los huéspedes abiertos y no higiénicos que alguien ha tenido sus manos en. Las habitaciones se limpiaron diariamente. Unas veces las niñas entraron cuando estabamos en nuestras camas solas. Tomó una toalla y nunca los sustituyó, tuvo que salir de la ducha para bajar y conseguir nuevas toallas. Es bastante ruido, ya que el apartamento está en la carretera principal. Hay ciegos en las ventanas. Hay cortinas marrón pero no se adaptan a la ventana, así que el sol brilla y te despierta. No hay posibilidad de una larga mentira. Ten cuidado con los taxis de la calle - tratarán de cortarte cuando hayas estado bebiendo alcohol. Yo descargaría bolt - justo como Uber. I was supposed to stay for three nights at the MP Hostel in Budapest; but left a couple of hours after I checked in. I arrived in the hostel before the check-in time; thus requested to leave my suitcase while awaiting check-in. Receptionist David just told me, ”You can put it in the storage room.” He did not even show me where the storage room is. I had to find the room myself. Mind you, David was not busy at that time. He was just chatting with a friend in the reception area. When I finally checked in the hostel late afternoon and went to my room, I noticed that the room was very cold. I opened the heater knob; and waited for more than an hour. No changes; it was still very cold. I then went to the reception; and informed receptionist David about this. He was in the reception, indeed, just talking to another hostel staff Daniel who is apparently the hostel F&B manager. He casually told me, ”Open the heater valve.” To which I replied, ”I did that more than an hour ago; but it's still very cold. Perhaps you can accompany me to the room; and we can both check the heater.” David answered, ”It's not my job. I'm the receptionist; not the technician... and the technician is not here. Wait for your room to get warm.” I said, ”It's been more than an hour since I opened the heater; but the room never got warm at all. If it's not your job to address the heater problem, then who can help me fix this? Can you at least transfer me to another room with a working heating system?” After David called up someone and checked the available rooms, he finally agreed to move me to another room. While I was at the reception waiting for my new room to be ready, I was talking to a friend on the phone to express my disappointment. When David said that my room was ready, I hung my phone up right away; and was surprised when he said, ”I”M A F*CKING RECEPTIONIST. THE HOSTEL MANAGEMENT PLACED ME HERE BECAUSE I SPEAK ENGLISH. CHECKING THE ROOM OR THE HEATER IS NOT MY JOB.” I replied, ” Where did the 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' words come from? To be clear, I never addressed you a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' ” I said these sentences at least twice, to reiterate my point. Without knowing the context of the conversation because he (Daniel) was playing a video game on his phone, F&B manager Daniel suddenly charged at me, kept on pointing his right index finger at me, and raised his voice, ”Don't you dare disrespect my friend and call him 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' OR ELSE...” I then said, ”I didn't even call David a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' Go ask him.” When David agreed that I did not call him that, I then went inside my new room which was still very cold. Heater in the new room was not working. Again. After all the negative experience at MP Hostel Budapest, I decided to leave right away; and found another private room in a hostel nearby. Zero customer service. Aggressive. Threatening. I hope the hostel will improve on its customer service, and value its guests.

Mi opinión general es positiva pero hubo alguna cosa que no me gustó y quiero indicarlas. Haciendo el checking había dos chicas que entre ellas hablaban húngaro y se dirigían a nosotros en inglés sin hacernos mucho caso estaban más a su conversación y no fueron nada simpáticas. Hay tres ascensores por lo que aunque es un hotel grande no hay problema para cogerlo, me llamó la atención que hay que posar la tarjeta de la habitación en el ascensor para que suba cosa que está muy bien para que no se meta gente de fuera. Nuestra habitación era estupenda con dos estancias con una cama grande en cada una, aire acondicionado independiente en cada una, baño con ducha grande, secador de pelo, kleenex, gorro de ducha, algodones...genial. Estábamos al final del pasillo por lo que no había ruidos y daba a un patio interior. Lo que no nos gustó fue el.plastico bajo la sábana que hacía que sudaramos y los edredones nórdicos es la primera vez que en lugar de haber uno en cada cama hay dos. Doblados y superpuestos encima de la cama, no llegaban para taparnos si te das la vuelta se quedaba el culo fuera y los pies también. La sala del desayuno era estupenda con sitio de sobra o bien en el patio al aire libre pero no era un desayuno europeo, los bollos eran raros, los zumos de polvos, si te gusta el batido y las salchichas bien pero yo prefiero un croissant o algo así y no había nada solo tostadas. Volvería a hospedarme aquí ya que fuimos caminando a todos lados aunque hay una parada de metro a 50 metros, lástima el puente de las cadenas que al estar cerrado obliga a dar un gran rodeo pero no es culpa de nadie.

We booked this with Jet2 City Breaks and the picture of the room did look so much better! The room was very basic. There was no tea/coffee making facilities and no mini bar. There was a safe and a hairdryer. You were only given one towel each and one floor towel - no face towels! The room was very warm and we had to leave the window open all the time...The reception area was very nice though and we used the breakfast buffet which did have a fair selection of hot and cold food. Staff were friendly. We found that we were on the wrong side of the river for nightlife and shopping and we kept having to get trams or use the underground to get to the other side as the bridge nearest to us (Liberty Bridge) was closed to pedestrians. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood so no noise at night. We loved Budapest but we were not impressed with the hotel and location.

Un hotel de reciente apertura, moderno y diseñado con mucho estilo! El personal es muy profesional y atento. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites y te dan recomendaciones para disfrutar de la ciudad. El hotel se encuentra cerca de la Avenida Andrassy, una de las arterias principales de Budapest, y muy bien comunicado por transporte público. El barrio donde se ubica es tranquilo y seguro. La habitación era muy amplia, con una decoración muy cuidada y con buenas vistas. Además cuenta con cargadores inalámbricos y una tablet que te permite comunicarte con recepción 24h y controlar la tv, la temperatura, etc. Los espacios comunes son muy amplios y modernos. Ofrece un servicio de bar y restaurante. El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad, en un espacio muy agradable. También tiene una zona de sauna, gimnasio y solarium gratuito para los clientes. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir este hotel si volviéramos a Budapest!
