Nos quedamos aquí a principios de marzo de 2023. El personal de recepción era amable y hablaba inglés. El cuarto de baño y el cuarto de baño en nuestro pequeño apartamento estaba muy limpio. Recientemente restaurado cuarto de baño. Ducha decente poderosa. Lavadora pequeña en el baño. La cocina es básica y sólo tiene un horno, no hay horno, pero hay una microondas. A la derecha de las paradas de tranvía y los enlaces de autobús. Tenga en cuenta que esto está a 3 millas del centro, pero el sistema de transporte es increíble. En general se recomienda y barato como chips para cinco noches.

A partir de otras opiniones, me preocupaba el ruido y el mal comportamiento de grupos de turistas, pero este es un bloque de 90 apartamentos y sólo 24 son alquileres turísticos. Otras personas incluyen una serie de personas con el título ”Dr”, por lo que no son refresco, si sabes lo que quiero decir. Nuestro estancia hasta ahora ha sido muy tranquila. Apenas ningún ruido desde dentro del bloque. Es el centro de una ciudad, por lo que hay ruido de carretera, etc., pero las ventanas están triplicadas, así que mantengan el ruido muy bien. El ascensor y los corredores son todos v brillantes y bien limpios. La zona es turística en cierta medida con cargas de lugares de comida de buena valor incluyendo un muy popular húngaro El hotel de la ciudad de Géto Gulyas, donde se necesita reservar, es un restaurante llamado Géto Gulyas. El apartamento está muy bien equipado con lavavajillas y lavavajillas. Todo lo que necesita para cocinar en vacaciones. Muebles exclusivamente de Ikea por sus apariencias pero se sentía nuevo y no se desnudo. La cama es cómoda y en el lado firme. Stayed here for 2 nights, the building is located in quite a convenient area with choices of public transport. It appears to be quite a newly renovated building, it stands out to be the most well-kept building in the whole street. I booked the Classic Double Room, Balcony with breakfast. I wouldn’t say the balcony is in many ways functional, it is very narrow and it is mainly used for people who want to smoke as there is an outdoor ashtray there. The room itself is modern, well kept, and didn’t show any particular wear so far. There are several issues I found with the room, the air conditioning works quite well but it is manually operated, when I left it in ‘auto’ mode it was quite loud. In the evening I set it to low fan speed but it just created a constant quite irritating fan noise which went away when I set the fan speed to medium. I also dislike the curtains, the blackout material doesn’t reach all the way up it leaves around a 2cm gap so the room is quite light in the morning. I tend not to sleep well when the room isn’t dark. I used the coffee machine in the room, but the coffee machine doesn’t work properly, despite I pressed the “full cup” function the machine only made around 10ml of coffee despite I keep pressing the button it would not make enough coffee to drink. When I returned to the room the next day the used coffee pod is still very much in the machine when I wanted to try the machine again which isn’t ideal when the housekeeper hasn’t checked the machine. The dirty cup was changed. Breakfast is at the basement restaurant, the selection of food is quite good and it was kept refreshed during breakfast. The reception staff were polite and spoke good English. Overall, I felt the room is modern, location is not bad but I felt the overall attention to detail is somewhat lacking such as the curtains doesn’t block out the light, noisy air conditioning, and the cleaning routine not involving checking the coffee machine. I don’t necessarily not recommend it but there are a few problems.

I was supposed to stay for three nights at the MP Hostel in Budapest; but left a couple of hours after I checked in. I arrived in the hostel before the check-in time; thus requested to leave my suitcase while awaiting check-in. Receptionist David just told me, ”You can put it in the storage room.” He did not even show me where the storage room is. I had to find the room myself. Mind you, David was not busy at that time. He was just chatting with a friend in the reception area. When I finally checked in the hostel late afternoon and went to my room, I noticed that the room was very cold. I opened the heater knob; and waited for more than an hour. No changes; it was still very cold. I then went to the reception; and informed receptionist David about this. He was in the reception, indeed, just talking to another hostel staff Daniel who is apparently the hostel F&B manager. He casually told me, ”Open the heater valve.” To which I replied, ”I did that more than an hour ago; but it's still very cold. Perhaps you can accompany me to the room; and we can both check the heater.” David answered, ”It's not my job. I'm the receptionist; not the technician... and the technician is not here. Wait for your room to get warm.” I said, ”It's been more than an hour since I opened the heater; but the room never got warm at all. If it's not your job to address the heater problem, then who can help me fix this? Can you at least transfer me to another room with a working heating system?” After David called up someone and checked the available rooms, he finally agreed to move me to another room. While I was at the reception waiting for my new room to be ready, I was talking to a friend on the phone to express my disappointment. When David said that my room was ready, I hung my phone up right away; and was surprised when he said, ”I”M A F*CKING RECEPTIONIST. THE HOSTEL MANAGEMENT PLACED ME HERE BECAUSE I SPEAK ENGLISH. CHECKING THE ROOM OR THE HEATER IS NOT MY JOB.” I replied, ” Where did the 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' words come from? To be clear, I never addressed you a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' ” I said these sentences at least twice, to reiterate my point. Without knowing the context of the conversation because he (Daniel) was playing a video game on his phone, F&B manager Daniel suddenly charged at me, kept on pointing his right index finger at me, and raised his voice, ”Don't you dare disrespect my friend and call him 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST' OR ELSE...” I then said, ”I didn't even call David a 'F*CKING RECEPTIONIST.' Go ask him.” When David agreed that I did not call him that, I then went inside my new room which was still very cold. Heater in the new room was not working. Again. After all the negative experience at MP Hostel Budapest, I decided to leave right away; and found another private room in a hostel nearby. Zero customer service. Aggressive. Threatening. I hope the hostel will improve on its customer service, and value its guests.

One of the most budget friendly accommodation in the city! It is in a very strategic location where it is just few meters away from bus stop and metro train station. It is also just few bus stops away from famous tourist destinations. It is near grocery store and vodafone where you can buy a sim card (tip for tourists). Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have self service washing and drying machines, common kitchen and bathrooms, common lounge area, vending machines and many more. This place is wheelchair friendly as well for those who need them. Service wise was great as well. I would commend Thomas from reception for being helpful especially when we arrived from airport at 2AM. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. It is truly a great value for money.

A este precio sería realmente difícil superar a este hotel. Aunque las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, todo estaba limpio, la vista era excelente y había aire acondicionado. Está en una zona tranquila y las camas son muy cómodas, así que dormimos bien. Si está buscando un hotel a un precio razonable y no le importa caminar un poco para llegar al centro de la ciudad, es una muy buena opción.

Actualmente aquí en este momento y la tost me decepciona! No como dicen las opiniones. Es un buen 45 minutos a pie al centro de Budapest. El desayuno es muy poco lustro! Luke bebidas calientes, sólo una parte de la tostadora y un buffet muy básico. Las habitaciones no tienen TV, ni secador de pelo! Las instalaciones que dice están aquí no son, el bar de techo cerrado, la tienda de pasta nunca abierto, el par de la puerta adyacente es muy limitada y el personal son rude. Si quieres quedarse en algún lugar con las cosas que te rodean, no te quedas aquí, se siente como si fueras en medio de ningún lugar. Complimento entender que está orientado hacia los estudiantes, pero incluso estos deben estar aburridos de lágrimas con la falta de instalaciones alrededor del hotel, ni siquiera dondequiera para agarrar una picadura para comer en un buen paseo de 10 minutos. ¿Me quedaría aquí otra vez? Absolutamente no En una nota más el personal de recepción son hermosos

STAY HERE! Made a mistake on my booking by getting the mixed dorm however I wanted a female room, they changed it at reception without hassle and no extra charge (€27 for 3 nights) the room is very clean, the beds are comfy and you get a privacy curtain, light, plug and hangers in your little pod. There’s a few showers, hairdryer and toilets next to the room and a place to get ready in the morning (very clean) there is a bar downstairs with tvs and also serving good food, there’s chill places to sit outside the room and a rooftop. - 1 min walk to a shop - In the centre, short walks to landmarks - A bus to the airport 10 minute walk away - Bolt, buses and trams to get everywhere Would definitely stay here again!

The location really is perfect. Situated facing the Danube and behind it is the castle. The views are fantastic. The building itself is stylish with lots of art around. The rooms were very good : large , clean ,tidy and worth paying for a riverside view as the view from the room can be put on a postcard. On the left was the parliament buildings and on the right was the chain bridge. I highly recommend their breakfast. Its fantastic. A massive variety to suit any diet. When we were staying , the front desk had two standout staff , Dorka and Zoltan who really were fantastic. They were efficient, keen to help and had lots of suggestions about where to eat and visit. It really made the stay even better as they sorted any ****** we had. One word of warning - beware the taxis! Some take advantage of a tourist unfamiliarity with the currency - so make sure you have agreed a price before you set off. We loved Budapest and I doubt we would look at another hotel next time we come.

Nos queríamos quedarnos tres noches y terminamos sólo dos noches, porque lamentablemente la primera noche el hotel fue reservado completamente. La primera noche nos quedamos en un hotel muy famoso y mucho más caro, que no nos disfrutamos, como diseñadores. Los últimos dos días en el hotel KOZMO fueron un placer muy grande. El edificio en sí mismo ya es increíble. El diseño interior y la iluminación simples pero elegantes se dio a nuestro gusto. El personal y el servicio son atentos. La cena fue agradable y tuvimos la mejor pasta Carbonara. Siempre nos gusta probar nuevos hoteles, pero veo que nos volvemos a quedarse otra vez.
