The lack of air conditioning in this hotel is really no big deal compared to others. Their baby cot is not clean, my child slept in their bed for two nights, he likes to sleep on his side and on his stomach, and his face is allergic to any part of the bed that touches the sheets. When I spoke to the hotel, they admitted that it was the hotel's responsibility and said that they could pay for an ointment so that I could go to the pharmacy and buy it myself. Amazingly, almost all the staff at the hotel had a very poor attitude, didn't care about the child, privately divulged personal information about the residents as a topic of discussion at work (every staff member knew about our personal matters/information, even those I had never seen) and even asked me if you wanted to call an ambulance for such a small matter. I cancelled my whole day plam and took a taxi to the pharmacy, which cost over 60 euros, and in the end the hotel only gave me 5 euro for the ointment, saying that I took a taxi to a pharmacy that was too far away and they couldn't cover the taxi costs, and the manager said that the only place they could pay for was a taxi to 10 euros, so they refused to pay for the journey?？？ But they didn't say any of that before I left, I was just told to take my own taxi to the pharmacy and they knew we were leaving that day so they made a very perfunctory promise which was all overturned. The important thing is that I paid 100€ for this baby cot and it was still not clean, finally I spoke to the manager and I said I paid 100€ only to get the cot and he said you have checked out and everything is sorted I don't know what is in your room now? !!!Anyway don't bring your children to this dangerous hotel, the staff were very dishonest and went as far as to say the room had been cleaned to destroy the evidence.

¡Personal muy amable y premeditado! También nos han ofrecido servicios adicionales (almuerzo temprano para los niños). Un matrazo tenía un gran lugar, pero también este fue reparado inmediatamente! Super ubicación, central frente a las puertas del centro de la ciudad. El metro se llega a cualquier lugar y hay incluso 2 grandes centros comerciales cerca. ¡Todo en todo un hotel muy bonito también para familias!

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

A pesar de que mi estancia fue de una noche, lo pude pasar genial, conociendo nuevos amigos, disfrutando al 100% de su área de bar (la cual podría bien permanecer abierto 24 hrs). Un ambiente jovial y divertido, amabilidad y limpieza en el hotel. !Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme con ustedes!

La ubicación del hotel en el centro de Lüneburger Heide es increíble. Las habitaciones estándar también están lo suficientemente grandes y bien equipadas. El hotel tiene una gran superficie exterior, una zona muy amplia y una zona de servicio postal con cartón. La comida y las bebidas son buenas, pero claramente demasiado caras. En cuanto al personal, hubo grandes diferencias. casi todos los sirvientes eran muy atentos y amables, pero también individuales rechazados y desagradables. En parte, nos encontrábamos en irritante que se negara a los visitantes que no eran invitados al hotel un lugar para una taza de café, aunque aparentemente muchas mesas estaban (y permanecieron) sin ocupar. Si el café y el restaurante están destinados exclusivamente a los huéspedes del hotel, deberíamos comunicarlo de esta manera. En conjunto, nos hemos gustado mucho la estancia y nos hemos gustado volver.

Encontramos este maravilloso pequeño hotel en Nueva Wulmstorf y nos alegramos de haber encontrado una casa tan hermosa y sabrosa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy bien decoradas y absolutamente limpias. Aunque nuestro cuarto estaba en la calle federal, no nos ha dado nada de la calle gracias a las ventanas multividrio. En el cuarto hay una pequeña máquina Nespresso, para que pueda prepararse un café por la mañana y disfrutar de la cama de forma relajada. El baño también está bien cortado. La ducha con puertas de cristal es grande y no hay agua para la ducha - lo que es frecuente en muchos hoteles. El personal es muy apropiado, amable y útil. Como nuestra familia vive cerca, seguramente visitaremos este agradable hotel con más frecuencia.
