short stay in a big and spacious room. Rather noisy due to the busy street. Easy and convenient to go to the center of the city. Breakfast didn't meet my expectations, as it was rather typical, with some major things missing (were cereals, but no milk on the buffet).

This was an average hotel which lacked a little in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing. We had a room that faced the rear of the property, however the walls were so thin that we could hear every word of conversation from the neighbouring rooms, phone message tones/vibrations. On the last night there was a lot of rowdiness in the corridor, people running up and down the corridor shouting. Underneath and beside the bed were quite unclean. The bathroom was adequate but the toilet clearly had a loose hinge and didn't seem very sturdy! Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was good. The location is great and the price was very reasonable (about £50 a night) so while it wasn't The Ritz, it was adequate given what we paid.

The hotel itself is renovated in a modern and urban style. Rooms were very clean and they offer a bathrobe for guest along with the towels. Generous breakfast and friendly staff. The old town is within walking distance and the area around the hotel has numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. However, the twin/double rooms are quite small for two persons.

The location of the hotel is very good. All the attractions in the city are nearby. The store, pharmacy, and McDonald's are located in the same hotel building. The window in the room has a beautiful view. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. Towels and bed sheets are clean. On the first day, there were only two bottles of water in the room, and on the remaining days, there was no water brought. My photos are a bit messy because I took them after checking in.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Izvor metro station, walking distance to the old town and all the central tourist locations. Late night grocery stores close by. Friendly and quick check in. Modern and clean bedroom and bathroom, complimentary water. Good buffet breakfast with both hot and cold options.

Very disappointing... Thankfully, we only stayed for a couple of nights. The bathroom was moldy and dirty (see the pictures), the wifi didn't work and we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway. Wouldn't recommend it, and we would never go back.

Good location, friendly staff, room was fantastic , with a flat screen tv, safe, comfortable bed working Aircon which was fantastic bathroom clean with walk in shower and a hair dryer breakfast is served on the 2nd floor it was lovely there’s something for everyone plus there’s a McDonalds right beside hotel too

Abbiamo pianificato un viaggio di piacere per Bucarest. Ci siamo affidati a questo hotel poco distante dal centro, posizione perfetta!!! Giusto per quello che si magia per smaltire un po’… Decidiamo di includere la colazione anche questa molto soddisfacente!!! Hotel carinissimo e personale molto cordiale CONSIGLIATO!

Posizione ideale, centrale ma non nel caos. Colazione essenziale ma buona. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Da migliorare un po’ la camera, il bagno piccolo è L’ aeratore troppo rumoroso. Wifi ottimo in ogni punto dell albergo. Lo consiglio

L'hotel ha una buona posizione proprio ai margini del centro storico di Bucarest. Il personale, alcuni parlano italiano, sia alla reception che in sala colazione è sempre stato gentilissimo e si è messo a disposizione per cercare di risolvere dei problemi che però abbiamo trovato: water sporco il giorno dell'arrivo (cosa che trovo estremamente grave) e cassaforte rotta. Purtroppo la camera, silenziosa perchè non affacciata sulla strada, era soggetta a rumori di motori dell'impianto di riscaldamento e non insonorizzata dal resto della struttura. Pulizia nella media con cambio giornaliero delle asciugamani e presenza anche degli accappatoi. Colazione abbastanza soddisfacente sia sul salato che sul dolce. Letti comodi, cuscini no

I do not understand how this hotel can get so many bad reviews. Me and my sister have had the best time! We booked the king-suite room 405 which is huge, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Daily room cleaning and filling up toiletries, with robes and slippers provided. The breakfast at the hotel had alot of variety, there fried eggs are perfect!! The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Folri she always greets you with a friendly smile. The location of the hotel is great the city is huge but this hotel isn't far from the old town a taxi to the airport is £10 but make sure you book taxis on uber! We got a taxi to the therme spa for only £12 each way for a 40 minute car journey each way. Would definitely stay here again and will definitely be recommending Romania and this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a great trip!

Nos alojamos por 4 noches en este hotel, el único día que limpiaron la habitación solo a nuestra llegada, limpieza superficial pero hecha. En los días siguientes, como en todo hotel, las toallas van al suelo a buscar unas limpias, bueno encontré las mismas toallas donde las dejé. Habíamos pedido una cama doble pero nos dieron dos camas individuales juntas. El desayuno es suficiente, pero los alimentos no están descritos en absoluto, especialmente el yogur servido en cuencos abiertos, lo que me parece antihigiénico. No creo que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas. La única nota positiva es la ubicación. Las habitaciones pequeñas para dos personas dificultan la movilidad y no están equipadas con el armario necesario para guardar la ropa y sólo cuentan con un portamaletas.

Siamo stati per 4 giorni in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Arrivati ci ha accolto una persona che parlava in italiano, dandoci tutte le informazioni che cercavamo. Inoltre la stanza era pulitissima e la colazione abbondante. L'hotel è situato al centro della città e comodissimo a spostarsi a piedi. Altrimenti per spostarsi usate il servizio Bolt o Uber che vi porta in ogni parte del paese a pochi soldi.
