Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Staff friendly and very helpful , room very clean , had a very peaceful one night stay over . Enjoyed a meal in the pub opposite which was very good . Don’t be put off by the look of the pub outside ; looks a bit tired but the food was very good . Would stay again

We chose this Premier Inn for it's handy location to different tourist attractions. There is a large free carpark and a Morrisons not too far away for grabbing sandwiches for days out. As we went over Easter they had a find the egg trail for children, where if you found an egg you got a chocolate bar which was a nice touch. We also found the staff super helpful. Breakfast was at the Brewers Fayre just outside, usual food however being the Easter weekend I guess they had run out of some food as it was only on our final morning after the bank holiday they finally had my daughters favourite thing to choose, pain au Chocolat! We would stay here again.

Lovely staff always happy to help clean room and amazingly comfy bed after a long day at work. Thank you so much guys for making my stay a good one. Good on the meal deal was somthing to be worked on. Both nights food wasn’t right but made do with what they served me.

Clean and comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn, and a very good night's sleep. Helpful staff, enabling us to move rooms as I don't like being near the lift. Only 4 stars as there are signs of wear and tear, and it's so basic, I can't quite bring myself to give 5 stars! :)

Clean and comfy room. Bed linen soft and clean. Great night's sleep. Powerful shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price. Had everything needed for a stop over. Staff kindly arranged tables at restaurant opposite. Free parking.

Friendly team..efficient check in. Great breakfast crew despite being super busy on mothers day food was excellent . Check out was easy. Car park had ample space and could see own car outside bedroom window.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and the staff at this one in Bromsgrove were the best I’ve come across. I had to phone twice beforehand after booking on line and the receptionists then were very helpful. Those I met during my visit were just the same as were the staff at breakfast in the Brewers Fayre. Hotel usual high standard.

Excellent stay. The room was very comfortable. Had a wonderful night’s sleep. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is ideally located for the NEC which was only 25 minutes away. There is a Brewer’s Fayre next door should you want a meal or a drink.

The bed was really comfortable, with sink into pillows, the room was warm and the shower perfect. Breakfast nearby at a Brewers Fayre was delicious and reasonably priced. Craig, the member of staff on the desk, was really pleasant and very helpful.
