Estabamos aquí en Brno y aquí en el Hotel Grandezza con su excelente ubicación. El cuarto, con vistas al mercado y los preciosos edificios eran muy bonitos. Todas las caminatas de aquí fueron maravillosas, ya sean las catacombas con la entrada al mercado o la catedral, así como los museos. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es un sueño. Nuestra suite era muy grande y mantenida. Este hotel sólo se puede recomendar.

El hotel es muy grande, el entorno es bueno, pensé que el hotel de Burnol era muy barato, no pensé que fuera más caro que Praga, aquí 120 euros por noche, pero el desayuno es muy bueno y la salida es Uber más barata.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Este albergue fue un pesadilla y creeme - no soy una princesa y mis expectativas fueron bajas. La habitación era sucia con tapices que no han visto limpiador de vacío durante mucho tiempo. Había un refrigerador, pero hombre, era tan desagradable. Las duchas estaban saliendo, no había lugar para poner tus cosas cuando se lavaba, el agua en la cuna estaba fría y no había toallas de papel. La cocina está mal equipada. Wi-Fi no funciona. La peor parte es que nunca he conocido a los huéspedes tan inconsiderados. Hay algo sombrío sobre este lugar. Los niños borrachos gritan en medio de la noche, la gente siempre batea la puerta o un tipo que hablaba con alguien en altavoz durante 2 horas a media noche en la cocina (?!) hizo imposible dormir y una estancia allí insoportable. No es culpa del albergue, pero añade a esa mala experiencia y creo que la falta de recepción 24/7 tampoco ayuda. Todo el mundo hace lo que quieren y no le importa nada. También, tantas personas escriben que el ascensor no estaba funcionando durante su estancia. ¿Me hace pensar si alguna vez funciona? Pero, ya estaba fuera de orden. No lo recomendaría a nadie. Y el precio tampoco es tan grande, he visto muchos lugares más baratos y mejores.

Once we got to the Royal Ricc, we were VERY happy. EXCELLENT location that was an easy walk to SO much (well, except to parking). The rooms were as beautiful as advertised and the beds were quite comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was solid ... not bad but nothing to excite one (but no complaints). Most of the staff spoke some English so interacting with them wasn't an issue if you spoke no Czech. My ONLY complaint about them was that on several occasions, I wrote to them for assistance on various topics and response was quite slow or even non-existent. Bear in mind that this a traditional Old World hotel (as in you leave your key at the front desk on your way out and picked it up on your return) but usually these are the ones with top notch service to help them stand out. But would I return to stay there if I were in Brno? Probably so.

Hotel Omega es un buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Sala de baño privada limpia con ducha, lavabo y WC. Las habitaciones se limpian diariamente. El desayuno buffet está en el cuarto piso con vistas al castillo y una de las iglesias. El desayuno es bueno y siempre se completa, el personal es muy amable y útil, y la única desventaja es que no se habla inglés ni un poco alemán en la recepción. En Brno es difícil estacionar, por eso he reservado un estacionamiento en el (pequeño) estacionamiento del hotel. A 200 metros (en otra calle) es un tranvía. Con el tranvía y el autobús se puede mover bien. En la estación principal compré un 5 días de tarjeta de tranvía y autobús por 250 coronas. (aproximadamente 10 euros). La conexión WiFi es muy buena. Una desventaja es que el bar y el restaurante no están abiertos todas las noches. Por eso he decidido comer en la ciudad y beber una cerveza cuando el bar está cerca, también en el pivaro en la tranvía.

La ubicación está cerca de la plaza y las instalaciones están limpias. Pasé casi dos semanas solo en la República Checa, y creo que si estás buscando el hotel más limpio y moderno. Parecía ser utilizado por personas que visitaban la zona por motivos de negocios más que por turistas. Los únicos visitantes eran los que parecían ser turistas, así que me sentí relativamente frío y cruel con el personal. El personal que se registró en ese momento dejó sus pasaportes y conversó con otros colegas durante el registro. Aparte de ser desagradable, era un lugar cómodo para quedarse.
