The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

Puedes lamentar que el hotel no tenga un gran espacio de estacionamiento en el sitio, Pero lleva el coche a la garaje, pero también tiene las ventajas, porque el coche regresa limpio y está disponible sin ningún problema importante - sólo se pide el servicio y después de unos minutos el coche está listo para recibir. Aproximadamente a muchas atracciones históricas y interesantes, por lo que el lugar vale la pena el comando.

El personal de recepción es muy profesional. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. La apariencia general del hotel es muy buena. La sala fitness es muy pequeña y con poco equipamiento. La primer habitación que ocupamos da a una pequeña plaza con un pub muy ruidoso.

Entonces, la experiencia fue en general positiva. Creo que el precio un poco alto para los servicios ofrecidos, ya que los baños son comunes por todo el plan, y las ventanas son finas, así que hay mucho ruido, ya que se encuentra cerca de la estación. Sin embargo, ventajas: camas con tenda para probacy, cada lugar tiene su armario (no necesitan cerradura, tienen sus llaves y es un servicio gratuito, pero es lo suficientemente largo para que entremos justo un bolso no demasiado lleno), caja fuerte, luz personal y tomada para cargar. Es bueno el diseño y el mobiliario. Además, son flexibles con la entrada y dan instrucciones claras en caso de entrada después de las 21:00. Y guardan gratis tu equipaje si permaneces en la zona más allá del checkout . Lechos cómodos, pasan todos los días a repararlos y a decorarlos. Desayuno 5€ al día tienen ofertas de comida y bebidas. Personal social y disponible.

¿Los checos son familiares con los japoneses?...algunos de los empleados de la recepción me saludan y cuidan en japonés, y usan una palabra. La habitación es muy grande y limpia, el precio es razonable, hay un salón. Pensé que el desayuno era normal, pero el plato caliente era muy delicioso y tan delicioso que esperaba tener una plata grande en lugar de una bola pequeña. Desafortunadamente, está un poco lejos de la estación. El tractor número 1 es corto, pero puede variar en función del tiempo y de su tamaño.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

El hotel es muy grande, el entorno es bueno, pensé que el hotel de Burnol era muy barato, no pensé que fuera más caro que Praga, aquí 120 euros por noche, pero el desayuno es muy bueno y la salida es Uber más barata.
