En comparación con las habitaciones domésticas de cuatro estrellas, las habitaciones son relativamente sencillas, pero tienen todo lo que necesitan, limpias y tranquilas. El desayuno es muy rico y se puede comparar con el cinco estrellas nacional.

Ventajas - ubicación - muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, buena zona tranquila - pequeño hotel – no demasiados huéspedes - habitaciones confortables - desayunos decentes – por su precio - personal amigable tratando de ayudar en cualquier situación Descuento - interiores “cansados” – parece like most of the rooms require some renovation - problems with AC which was critical for us in Brno in June (30+ C outside) - la lack of flexibility from the hotel’s management side I need to explain 2 last points. Estabamos en Brno en junio de 2023 debido a tratamientos de salud y no sabíamos cuánto duraría, por lo que reservamos 6 días no reembolsables en este hotel. El hotel es un hotel con una habitación con AC, pero cuando se ingresó, se demostró que AC en nuestra habitación no funciona, lo que no nos habían dicho. A continuación se demostró que en ese momento había un reemplazo de ACs en el hotel (sin ninguna notificación durante o después de la reserva). Hemos conseguido otra habitación en la segunda noche, y al mismo tiempo hemos recibido información de la clínica que podemos ir a casa después del día 3. A través de la Reserva hemos solicitado una devolución parcial debido a las inconvenientes con AC y en parte porque hemos salido después de 3 noches mientras pagamos por 6. A partir de entonces, experimenté 3 o 4 meses (!!) de correspondencia con la Reserva y la gestión del hotel, que desde el principio estaba listo para reembolsar pero siempre tuvo algunos problemas técnicos, y al final acaba de desaparecer. No recomienda con fuerza, ya que, desgraciadamente, con todas las ventajas que he mencionado anteriormente, la impresión general es negativa.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Genial.Limpio, desayuno fantástico.Aparcamiento gratuito junto al hotel lo que es fantástico, ya que en la ciudad es difícil aparcar sin tener que pagar.Y a 5 minutos del centro en trasporte público. Personal Amable . Muy recomendable para pasar una noche en Brno.

Great place to stay on Your way or to spend a weekend in Brno. I highly recommend restaurant. The dishes are tasty and prices are low. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a water, a kettle, coffee and tea. What is more you can use spa centre and a gym. On the rooftop there is a jacuzzi and you can admire wonderful view. Breakfast was really nice !

Hotel agradable con un desayuno muy bueno (mucho de comida y diferentes tipos de comida, bebidas, tortas), la habitación se ve agradable pero everage, nada especial, pero es sólo mi opinión. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado pero no funcionaba y nadie nos dijo en la recepción automáticamente durante el control que el aire acondicionado es de costo adicional. La habitación con aire acondicionado se desactivó y se desactivó. La habitación es cara y la gente necesita pagar más por activar algo que está en la habitación, un poco divertido como una broma mala. Big Plus es un parking gratuito frente al hotel.
