Really loved the place had a balcony and 24 hour room service nice and warm bath was lush needed to be a bit bigger but was lovely

Overall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

Excellent location and value for money. Game changer is free parking up to 1pm on day of departure in multi storey car park next to hotel

Arrived at the hotel all ok but when we got to the room it was cold and dirty but didn’t have time to change as was here for a family wedding but yes side board was sticky and skirting boards was dirty and even had what looked like mud on it

Awful stay.. people fighting outside the room throughout the night. Security didn't seem to sort it out. Banging shouting upset children sat outside the room when parents argued. From 11pm till 9am next morning- checkout early.

Not the best room. Shower was poor and had black mould on the shower head and room was very cold Dispite all efforts to turn some kind of heat on .

Very nice lady at front desk when I arrived, very polite and helpful. I was disappointed then later to hear her male colleague who was obviously working the night shift be rather rude to another guest who was simply asking if the WiFi was going to be fixed. "No idea, nobody around who will know" was the attitude. Room was a great size - a little tired with nasty stained carpet, sellotaped cracks in the flooring in bathroom and some rather gross stains on the bed valance. Mattress was pretty knackered too. Oh, and the TV didn't work - no power. Breakfast was fine with a nice selection of good food and the staff were lovely. Overall though it sounds bad, it was all fine really. Great that the car parking was included, amazing position and I'll no doubt stay again.

Hotel location is perfect for shopping and the Christmas market. Front desk staff not very welcoming. The carpet in the room was filthy and some furnishings were dusty. Bed was comfy and we did sleep well.

Solid enough hotel, decent breakfast downstairs where I think they have Jazz evenings. Overpriced when you compare it to other similar hotels, even though it was next to Cabot Circus. Bed was over-springy and the brown floor carpet was ridged. Shower in the bath ok, good flush on the toilet. Again no frills, but solid enough.

Good hotel just next to the city centre for easy access to all Bristol has to offer. Clean, good size room and bathroom.

I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay.
