The service was great. The room we got has a beautiful view both during day and night while the breakfast was delicious with many variants of food. I definitely recommend this hotel and will book again when I visit Cameron Highlands in the future.

We entered the room w strong cigarette smells and the room was dusty (sandy feet feeling). I was surprised that a 4 STARS hotel doesn’t provided mineral water in the room. The toilet bowl is spoilt and water keep flowing out non stop the whole night which makes the guest difficult to sleep. The water is yellow, not sure it’s the piping or what. The bedsheet is stained and the pillow is super flat. Window can’t be locked and there’s hole. Which means bugs are able to fly in, this is for parents with kids.

My family and I love visiting Cameron Highlands, and we have stayed in many hotels here over the years. This particular hotel has been a choice for us several times before, but this recent stay was disappointing due to the condition of our room, despite being upgraded. Firstly, we were surprised to find dusty and almost balding carpets throughout the room. Secondly, the electric kettle provided had a musty smell and remnants of noodles inside, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning by housekeeping. The bathroom was also quite dirty and unpleasant to use. However, the buffet breakfast was quite enjoyable and a highlight for my family. Unfortunately, while the hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near attractions, cleanliness seems to be overlooked. I hope this honest feedback can be considered for the improvement of the hotel.

Good service. Nice location and very clean room. Just that the gym level at 2bd floor please on the hallway light. Kind of scarcely at night.

is an old hotel and refurnished. affordable room rate and location is good too. Near to the tourist spots. Food and restaurant are nearby too. Food is nice too.

Location : relatively all right as it is near to the Kea Market. However, the traffic Jam from Tanah Rata tp Brinchang was horrific about 2-3hrs. Maybe due to weekend. Cleanliness: Unacceptable. Sofa set was so dirty that we don't dare to see on it. See photos. Towels were dirty. Shower drainage for both showers were blocked. Power tripped for the entire hotel for half an hour & staff were not trained to address to guests query. The staff I asked said the hotel turn off the power & when I asked why we were not informed prior to the power **** down, he disappeared & never even border to come back to me & left me waiting until the power came back on. Service: Suppose to check in from 3pm. When we tried to check in at 5.30pm, the room was not ready. Staff said we need to wait for 20 mins. After 20 mins, staff again said they need another 15mins. However, the manager tried to savage the check in experience by providing complimentary breakfast vouchers. Housekeeping response was slow, it took 2 calls & 2 hours just to ask for extra blanket & water. This is the first time & last time we will be staying here.

Nice place and view. Reception pun bagus². Bilik besar dan bersih. Parking macam susah sikit sbb parking xbanyak. Breakfast xbnyk pilihan makanan, tp still accepted lg. Tp overall sangat puas hati. Highly recomended

Hotel service is poor. Being 4-star rated hotel the service is shockingly poor. The hotel receptionist will not help with anything. When you call for help even though you are checking in to their hotel, they will not help at all. They just give you taxi driver's contact number and really left you to help yourself although it is a call for help from check in customer! No shuttle bus nothing. There are 3 counters for checkin. You need to take numbers and wait for check in. HOWEVER, only one receptionist is functioning. The other 2 are sitting doing nothing and did nothing despite the LONNNNGGGG queue. Amenities are really poor. No tooth brush no tooth paste etc despite being a 4 star rated hotel. Checking out also bad experience. Receptionist will not help to call and book taxi. Seriously. Slaughtered by high taxi charges. Nothing in the hotel is free. The only good thing about this hotel is it is beautiful and located in a prominent location with few minutes walking distance for shops etc.

Inside the room is average. in facilities and quality. The charges are still higher than expected (? due to school holidays) Overall is fine r despite no water bottles are provided in the room. The menus at the restaurant of the hotel are nice and convenient The photo below is showing the menu available at the hotel

This is what we call "Old but Gold"..maybe it is a hotel with old facilities but it really worth it if u stay here the view is so nice..
