The good: Fantastic location if you are visiting Franklin and Brentwood. Daily breakfast was provided, coin operated on site laundry and dryer machines, small gym room.
The bad: There was no housekeeping during the 5 days of stay. Not sure if it was due to the shortage of housekeepers during lull season.

The one positive was the location, right off of SR 65 and near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Hot breakfast in the morning was average. Our room was clean for the age of the hotel. I was disappointed that we could not use the AC, as it was too loud and actually scared my younger kids. There was no staff available at the front desk for me to address this as we were departing.

Hotel is run down and in great need of upgrading. Accessible room was not really accessible -only one lone hand bar in shower and no handles near toilet.

The older building has been recently renovated and although there are a few bumps and bruises on the wall, the decor and atmosphere is nice. The shower was amazing and very clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. The breakfast matched and surpassed the breakfast at the hotels down the road that charged twice as much. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, eggs and sausage, etc. all served starting at 6:30 on a weekend, not 7 like nearby hotels. Friendly staff. You are a block away from malls, stores and restaurants. I'd stay there again.

The place was clean but needed some maintenance. Several ice machines and vending machines were out of order. Rooms were clean but mattresses were too firm for my liking. Enjoyed continental breakfast though breakfast area was a bit small and crowded. Had two quiet nights there. Easy to find and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.
