Si quieres que limpien la habitación debes solicitarlo cada dia en recepción. El primer dia no nos avisaron y el segundo dia que lo solicitamos no lo hicieron. En cuatro noches solo limpiaron una vez y poco. La climatización hace mucho ruido, y también se oye muchísmo las habitaciones superiores. En recepción no te ayudan a conseguir un taxi. Tienen un telefono al lado de la recepción solo para que realices esta gestión, pero has de hacerlo tú directamente, por lo que si tienes alguna dificultad con el idioma resulta complicado.

Giulio provided excellent and helpful service also very friendly. Room was immaculate and very very cosy and just what I needed after a long day at work. Would definitely recommend staying in this premier inn due to its excellent condition and service.

The room was great, but the bed was uncomfortable. The dinner was a major let down. Wished we had gone elsewhere to eat. My starter was not as described it had the wrong ingredients, the bread was wrong, why would you have Balsamic Dressing on a Bruscetta?!. My son's food was the last to be served so he was extremely upset that mummy and daddy were served and he thought the chef had forgotten him. My husbands food was plated and left on the serving hatch for 10 minutes whilst the chef dished up other tables food. Shaz the chef needs to return to Culinary school.

This hotel is an absolute joke. When I arrived I was nearly sick with how vile the place was. Piss in the elevator, people smoking inside, empty beer cans on the floor. My room had blood and other stains all over the carpet. I’ve seen cleaner squats! They triple charged me for the pleasure and despite repeately chasing for my refund, I have been continually ignored.

Breakfast wasn't great. Not much choice but the staff were fantastic! Be aware reception is on the first floor so best not drop luggage off first! Plenty of car parks bearish by.

Nice, clean, well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, especially Giulio who accepted my terrible attempts at Italian! I would recommend the meal deal, receipt is even shown in days/meals for reclaim purposes! No parking though... But not an issue for me as I read on the train, and it's right next to the station!

Rooms are comfortable, quiet and temperature controlled. Appliances always work. Food is tasty with healthy options. Staff are great. Shannon, who works on the front desk and in the restaurant, has gone over and above to help me multiple times. Customer service: 10/10.
