Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several floors have been removed from service. Look forward to a more modern update following this. Bottled water inside the room is complimentary only for higher status World of Hyatt members. Seems a little petty for a Grand Hyatt - it's water not champagne, you can do better Hyatt!

Loved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.

Nuestra clave de habitación no abriría ninguna de las puertas externas para entrada así que le preguntamos al agente qué estaba mal y ella dijo que había un problema con la puerta para que ella tendría que comprobar la mantenimiento y mientras tanto nos emitió una tarjeta de clave que Trabajó pero expiró esa noche y ya no trabajaba y una vez más nos encerramos mientras llevaba bolsas de tiendas y mercancías de Walmart y tuvimos que caminar todo el camino alrededor de la bbg. llevando nuestras cosas para entrar por la entrada frontal. Entonces, cuando usé la mano y la crema de cara de DOVE en el baño para aplicar a mi cuerpo tenía un olor terrible de ser rasgado y tuvo que lavarlo inmediatamente. Enfurecido, decidimos salir de su hotel y pasar los próximos 3 días en el hotel Best-Western a la puerta, mientras que no tuvimos problemas, problemas o problemas incómodos.

Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

Los empleados fueron muy amables y corteses. Me sentí consternado cuando tuve que aparcar mi coche a una tarifa de $ 30 por noche, que no me informaron antes de la llegada. The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.

El hotel era agradable. La única queja que tengo es que tenía mi No Enter/ No Interrumpir (no estoy seguro de lo que dijo) colgando en la puerta cuando fui a la tienda. Tenía dinero que dejaba en el contador y otros valores que no había puesto en el cc seguro no tenía tiempo para tirarlo allí. No deberían haber entrado si puse la señal en la puerta que dijo no smh
