Absolutely lovely little spot, perfect location, clean and just across street from Stumptown brew co. 😀 Pool and Fire pit and they set up Smores for evening camp fire. Lovely staff, fresh more modern rooms really loved this place wish I knew about it sooner. Not far from coast and so many small towns on the way to sea!! 10/10 REVIEW on all topics to rate.

Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Very frustrating experience. In the middle of my stay, my room keys were suddenly deactivated and stopped working. This happened after a long night of driving, so having to walk all the way back to the front office just to deal with a key issue was extremely stressful and annoying. The front desk was not able to clearly explain why the keys had been canceled, and I also had trouble getting the situation resolved. On top of that, the parking situation is terrible and made the experience even more frustrating after a long drive. After traveling all day, the last thing you want is to arrive at your hotel and find that your room key no longer works. A hotel should make things easier for guests, not create additional problems during the stay. Definitely not the experience I expected.

El servicio de la mesa del frente era bueno. No pude obtener mis puntos IHG porque me reservaba a través de un tercero. No importa. La mesa del frente no nos dijo que habría desayuno en la mañana, incluido. Así que perdí tiempo buscando restaurantes cerca, sólo para descubrir cuando subí a ver si había un desayuno. La puerta de la bañera estaba fuera de su pista. La casa de huesos debería haberlo notado y haber hecho las reparaciones. He tomado la iniciativa de forzar la puerta de vuelta a la pista. A minute drive from downtown Sonoma and 15 minutes from Napa City, Creekside Inn is located in the heart of Napa Valley. The service is excellent with the friendliest staff and the cleanest rooms and towels. The afternoon gathering of guests with wine and snacks was a nice touch for guests to get to know each other. If I have to nitpick, there is no pool on the premises but the garden and grounds have lots of places to sit and enjoy the day. Overall, a great place to stay.

El viaje comenzó mal porque el pago de Trip.com era inválido. Las mujeres en el escritorio delantero eran terribles y estaban haciendo todo lo que podían - no podían darnos una llave hasta que se corrigiera el pago. ¿Cómo podría ocurrir algo así, donde su pago no era válido? Me gustaría un descuento en mi próxima viaje debido a ese problema. La habitación era limpia y tranquila. La cama estaba cómoda. La piscina y el calor estaban abiertos hasta las 10:00 y estaban calientes y limpias. A nos encantaba sumergirse y nadar cada noche después de visitar a la familia. La única bola de curva fue que el fuego no era operativo.Un hombre dijo que era debido al tiempo, pero era claro y seco, por lo que no tenía sentido. La habitación era muy fresca, pero no tenían que estar en el hotel. Esperamos que Trip.com haga bien en la facturación, así que volveremos a utilizar su sitio.

I had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
