The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

Dos habitaciones están equipadas con seis personas. El entorno es bueno. Hay más lugares de estacionamiento. No hay mucho estacionamiento cuando vamos. Hay balcón y ascensor. Está a tres minutos a pie de la calle principal más caliente. Sólo dos minutos a pie.

Вежливый персонал, хорошая локация, комната а хорошем состоянии. Жаль, что сауна не обмотала.

Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.

Estaba preocupado, pero me alegro de darles una oportunidad. Algunas de las críticas me asustaban, pero mi experiencia era grande. Primero y más importante para la persona que dijo que el lugar tenía cojinetes que me parecía tratar de encontrar y nunca vi ninguno. La ropa estaba tan limpia que creo sinceramente que era nueva, las hojas y las toallas. Los espejos no tenían rayos ni puntos en ninguno de ellos. La ducha no tenía pinturas ni puntos de agua. El frigorífico parecía que nunca había sido usado. Era tan limpio. I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior

The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

El hotel era más antiguo pero limpio. Conveniente para Gatlinburg, y el parque de la montaña Smoky. El cuarto tenía todo lo que necesitaba mini frigorífico, pequeño café, secador de pelo. El ascensor a los segundos y tercer pisos. Pero no fue conveniente para ambos extremos de las grandes entradas exteriores. Las camas estaban cómodas. La habitación tenía una televisión de pantalla plana pero los controles remotos no funcionaron. Intentamos llamar al escritorio delantero, pero el teléfono tampoco funcionaba. Cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero para decirles, dijeron que no sabían que las habitaciones tenían teléfonos. Nos dieron una nueva remota que tampoco funcionó. Había sólo 1 lavavajillas y toallas en el cuarto, pero nos dieron más cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero. La piscina estaba abierta, pero no se calientaba como se anunció.
