To start, the service felt a bit inconsistent—perhaps the staff were having a particularly tough day. The hotel offers valet parking at USD 20, but if you prefer to save on that, you can park for free at The Oaks Public Parking, which is just a short 2–3 minute walk away. What I found convenient was dropping my team off at the hotel first before heading over to park. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy service available, so we had to manage all our luggage ourselves. This wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did set a slightly different tone compared to what some might expect. On the positive side, there are thoughtful amenities such as a microwave available in the lobby and complimentary coffee provided daily for guests. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. However, housekeeping could be more attentive—my glasses and the shower drain area were not cleaned consistently, and the drain eventually got clogged during my stay, which I had to clear myself. That was definitely unexpected. For the price point, I would have expected a bit more attention to these smaller details. That said, the overall stay was still pleasant. The hotel is located near the Oaks area, which is beautiful, and I really appreciated the artistic elements around the property. Each piece of artwork has its own story, and you can learn more about them through a book available in the lobby—a nice and unique touch. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the area, though there’s room for improvement in service consistency and housekeeping attention.

El aire acondicionado era demasiado ruidoso e interrumpía el sueño, ya que se activaba y desactivaba constantemente. Lo más importante para mí es una buena noche de sueño. No sucedió. Todo lo demás estuvo genial. El buffet estaba caliente y bueno para el desayuno.

Really nice room but bed could have been more comfortable, especially the pillows. But that's an individual thing. Overall enjoyed the room--full fridge and dishwasher (if I'd had need of it), glassware, all that. The shower was my favorite. Walk in showers are a blessing to this old lady. I don't know why hotels even bother with the splash puddles they call bathtubs anymore. Who needs them? The cleaners need to pay attention to the soap dispensers in them though. Mine had no shower gel--bottle was totally empty--and I didn't have mine with me on this trip. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I don't like boiled eggs, or the fake looking egg-pucks, so everything was pretty much carbs and more carbs--useless to a diabetic. Not a huge issue however. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Very colorful hotel and rooms. Staff is uber friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, no real storage areas (lots of hooks), no ice buckets and such but there are hot beverages in the lobby. The beds are awful for us--very hard, and the platform around them will get you in the leg every time as the mattress is way smaller than the platform. Hard for me due to my age, hard for my daughter due to disability. The showers, however, are AWESOME. I even took a picture of the shower head (Moen) to try to find one just like it for home. GREAT pressure, unusuallly good for any hotel. So if you like walk-in showers that you want to live in, this is the place for you! (And you'll need the heat after sleeping in the bed.) Daughter reports she understands Fred Flintstone's grumpiness a lot more after this weekend.

The breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

I just want to thank this establishment for all the help they provided, from the late check-in to the late checkout. The rooms were very clean and big, with comfortable beds and pillows, so you will definitely get a good night's sleep here. The breakfasts were mid, but for the price, you can't complain—you get everything you need. They also have a small shop where you can buy drinks, snacks, etc. The location is alright; it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Paycom Center and about 30 minutes to get downtown. There is some construction next to the hotel, but I wasn’t able to hear anything, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for something at a reasonable price and don't mind being a bit further from downtown. I will come back!

La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Siempre que tenga un problema con algo, tendría algunas preguntas que debo hacer, si vieran que me estoy luchando con ciertas cosas ( mi equipaje cayó en el suelo, Si mis manos están sobrefluyendo una necesitaría ayuda con un par de manos adicionales, etc ) siempre estarían allí para ayudarme. Si hay un momento en el que yo sentiría que mi seguridad podría estar en peligro, caminarían conmigo todo el camino a mi habitación makenf asegurarme de que llegué a mi habitación de forma segura y asegurarme de que nadie me siguió / sabe en qué habitación estoy. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. 

Staff was good...resettled us in a new room when sports teams moved in and we were left with banging and thudding from above and loud noise from the adjoining room that made it seem like they were IN our room. Elevator was straight across the hall and they had to let EVERYONE know their comings and goings. Door lock kept deactivating...had to have the xard re keyed a few times. Pain in the neck. Roll in shower had the shower head on the long part of the wall and held in place by a HAIRCLIP. Either had to cram into a corner where it SHOULD have been or turn it to face outward and flood the room, which had no drain. Even turned to the corner, the room still flooded. Rooms are tired looking...so is the lobby. I remember when Holiday Inn used to be THE brand. Not so anymore. Won't go back. But staff was accommodating and appreciated their help

El único problema que tuvimos fue que reservé una habitación para fumadores, pero cuando llegamos, el hombre que nos registró dijo que no era una habitación para fumadores y que no nos pondría en una habitación para fumadores. Hicimos nuestra reserva en este hotel porque sabíamos que tenían habitaciones para fumadores. Bastante decepcionado con esta estancia.

Este lugar es increíblemente bueno para el dinero, el personal es muy amable algunos de ellos mejores maneras y aprender cómo. Para ser su título de trabajo las habitaciones podrían ser más limpias pero me acomodan, pero no se molesta a U en absoluto a menos que el huésped causa problemas Kiki necesita ser el gerente bc que va arriba y más allá y permanece profesional
