The hotel is is clean and modern with a free shuttle to airport which is nice. Upon check in I was told that they only do housekeeping every other day which is the first time I have heard this from a hotel and rather strange. I only stayed here for 2 nights so we did not get any housekeeping. There were limited amenities in the room as well like basic toiletries were not provided. No laundry bag, no coffee except for tea bag. But the hotel was clean, just felt it was very minimal to the services provided.

The hotel is nice overall but the receptionist Shelly-Ann is just miserable and patronising. she's not a nice person and very poor customer service and the swimming 🏊♂️ has human shower dirty inside. the swimming 🏊♂️ is not good to swim.

Booked 3 nights here while visiting family in Fort Lauderdale and waiting to fly out, and we were really happy with this hotel. Alana at the front desk helped us find a missing bar stool for our kitchen. 😊 Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hyatt House is geared towards extended stays so the kitchen is full sized and great for self catering, but this location on Dania Pointe is surrounded by restaurants so we ended up eating out quite often! Pool was clean, heated (not necessary in Dania in September but it was ok). Gym was small but ok, mostly cardio, some dumbbells and a bench. Breakfast was decent as chain hotels go, nothing to shout about but ok.

We had a one night layover in Fort Lauderdale and needed a cosy hotel to unwind. This place really hit the spot. Very affordable and we got a huge room! The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Classic.We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked good and clean. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores. We were especially pleased with the airport shuttle to Fort Lauderdale international airport which runs once every hour. Just make sure to let them know you’ll need it at check inn. Overall we we’re very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

-El hotel era perfecto para vuelos o personas que viajaban en cruceros. No hay muchas opciones de comida cerca, no hay suficientes asientos en el área de desayuno. El hotel era limpio, El barco de la ciudad es un buen hotel, el barco de la ciudad es un buen hotel. Planear si tienes que ir al aeropuerto ...we acaba de tener que uberlo al aeropuerto por la mañana porque no puede recogernos del hotel por 45 minutos

When we arrived we checked in and went to the room. I opened the door and immediately smelled something bad . it smelled like urine. I didn”t even go all the way in, but had my friends come up to the door. We knew we couldn”t stay there. Back to the lobby. He was very nice. He gave us another room. It was supposed to be newly renovated, but obviously was not. It smelled better so we stayed there. The breakfast was very good.

Superó las expectativas, personal de recepción limpio y acogedor. Introducir restaurantes cercanos. Hay café y té disponibles. El desayuno es sencillo. En general, buena relación calidad-precio. Cerca del aeropuerto, volvería a ir.
