El hotel es hermoso. Está situado en el corazón de Stone Town. Si te gusta el lujo, este hotel es para ti. Definitivamente voy a regresar. La comida y el amable personal hicieron que mi estancia fuera muy especial.

Room, Balcony, View from the room and Restaurant is really nice. But only one thing they need to improve in their reception customer service. Room I signed when I check in and Room I really received was different. They changed the room without notice. I asked why they said it's same room inside. But it was totally different. Changed room has no privacy at all. We have to close the window during the stay. And I asked for late check out when I check in. They told me to check last day in the morning. In last day, I asked again for 2hrs late check out. They refused my request even didn't check the system. Just say NO. I am very disappointed with their attitude. And when I checked the site there were plenty room left. As everyone knows Zanzibar is the holiday place. Most of 5 star hotels in holiday place, they run check out time very flexible due to flight time. No deserve to have 5 stars in customer service.

Absolutamente encantador: desde nuestra llegada a las 5 am hasta nuestra partida 3 días después, nos atendieron increíblemente bien. El hotel organizó nuestra recogida en el aeropuerto y abrió con un suave toque (es posible que necesite ayuda para encontrarlo, ya que está en las calles estrechas del antiguo Stonetown). El frente de la casa era magnífico y Peter nos cuidó. El hotel tiene mucho ambiente, lleno de antigüedades y exuberante vegetación. El desayuno se sirve en el balcón de la azotea. Se pueden organizar excursiones. Había leído algunas críticas desagradables, pero no sé por qué, la limpieza fue de primera clase y la hospitalidad fue excepcional. Espero que tengas la suerte de encontrar una habitación. Nos alojamos 3 noches y fue muy bueno.

The location is at the quiet side if the Stone Town. Due to it is situated inside a small alley, the directions could be quite complicated and we were lost several times to head back to the hotel. Despite being assured that it's safe, we were tapped by few mischievous children when we passed by a school near the hotel. That said, the room and hotel itself was great. We particularly enjoyed the breeze at the open air loft, where we could view the sea and ships from far away. It was indeed relaxing. The historical bed and bath in the room made the experience so unique. The only downside was there was insufficient of hot water for the bath. The breakfast wise was in fact the best we had in Tanzania, not to mention the impeccable hospitality provided by the staff there. Special shout out to the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage during check in and out. Bear in mind on the steep staircase up to the room and inside the room to the loft. It might not be suitable for those who have knee problem, as you literally need to climb up and down everytime to the washroom. Otherwise, it was quite a memorable stay.

En el centro de la ciudad de Stone, el techo es un restaurante con un alto rango. Caminar al mercado nocturno es sólo cinco minutos. La comida que se entrega al hotel es muy deliciosa. La habitación está limpia y cómoda. La próxima vez que vaya a la ciudad de Stone también vivirá aquí

Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

Lovely hotel, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. My safari was cancelled and the staff provided other tour options, many thanks for that! There is no phone in the room, I'd like to suggest even having a pager in the room would be helpful. Also no wifi in the room I think that should be an option. The food was great and I enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend!

Hotel de estilo africano auténtico, ahogando en la vida africano. La habitación en su conjunto es buena. No había ningún ventilador, pero puede comer a petición. Sube a las habitaciones en las escaleras, pero con ayuda de equipaje. La ubicación es buena, pero al hotel tendrás que caminar un minuto 2-3, el coche no pasará.

В целом неплохой отель, расположенный в центре старого города. Если у Вас с собой много багажа, то будьте готовы к тому, что такси не сможет подъехать непосредственно к отелю, так как улица на которой расположен отель является пешеходной. Пешком от ближайшей возможной остановки такси нужно будет идти около 50 метров. Завтрак по типу ”швецкий стол”. Комфортные матрасы и подушки. В ванной есть халаты и полотенце для ног. Душевая/туалет были чистыми с новой сантехникой. В номере также есть телевизор.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en el Hotel Zanzi y debo decir que superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal me hizo sentir como en familia, ofreciéndome una cálida bienvenida y un excelente servicio durante toda mi estadía. El hotel está bellamente diseñado, combinando la comodidad moderna con un toque de encanto local, creando un ambiente relajante y acogedor. Mi habitación era espaciosa, estaba bien equipada e impecable, con impresionantes vistas de los alrededores. Las comodidades son fantásticas, desde la refrescante piscina hasta el delicioso restaurante del hotel que ofrece una variedad de platos sabrosos. Lo que realmente se destacó fue la atención al detalle: cada pequeño aspecto fue cuidadosamente organizado para garantizar una experiencia memorable. La ubicación del Hotel Zanzi también es perfecta, ya que ofrece un fácil acceso a las atracciones cercanas, lo que lo convierte en una base ideal para explorar. Ya sea que esté de visita por negocios o por placer, ¡recomiendo encarecidamente el Hotel Zanzi para una estadía cómoda, relajante y memorable!
