Hoteles en Varsovia con desayuno

Es principios de noviembre y la calefacción no está encendida. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que aún no es temporada, así que ninguna habitación tiene calefacción. Solo me dieron un pequeño calefactor eléctrico. Las instalaciones de la habitación también son bastante antiguas. El desagüe del lavabo estaba atascado; me quejé, lo arreglaron, pero sigue funcionando muy lento. Si fuera un hotel de unos cientos de yuanes, sería comprensible, ¡pero a 1400 RMB por día, es así! Ventajas: Está cerca de la estación de tren, la ubicación es realmente buena. Desayuno: El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, ¡así que no lo tomé! Finalmente: Si eres compatriota y vas a asistir a una conferencia, alojarte cerca del aeropuerto sería más conveniente; Uber es muy barato aquí. No te dejes engañar por las fotos del exterior; ¡es pura apariencia!

El personal del hotel es muy amable y educado, el desayuno es rico y la ubicación es perfecta. A sólo cien metros se encuentra la estación central de trenes y un centro comercial. ¡Puedes comprar crema de manos de leche de cabra local en Carrefour!

I had a very pleasant stay at Barceló Warsaw. The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a great choice for a stay in Warsaw, and I would happily return.

This hotel’s reception personnel requires intense training on customer service - their body language, men’s grooming and dress code, polite phrasal verbs in both Polish and English require enormous improvement! Zero-smile attitude is surprising! Small and polite complaint given to Ms Weronika was received with irritation, tension and disgust during the check-in. Hotel did not responded to my inquiry week earlier. Then my kind request on air-con room display - repeated twice - was never responded by reception. Nevertheless - Ukraininan/Bielarussian cleaning people are charming and super kind! The room air conditioning is killer! No matter my setups, the temperature drops down to +16C in the night and I was sleeping all 3 nights with my head covered with sheets. When you are away during the day - expect you are coming to fridge-like room also! Crazy, crazy! Room design is contemporary, simple, brand-new and sound-proof windows - amazing! The hotel general interior design is  comfy and relaxing. Really good. The most confusing factor at this hotel for many guests (as I observed) is the hotel taxi bay - hidden behind the hotel - with zero signage - so 90% of taxi drivers await on main streets (the hotel has corner position) - causing total irritation and confuse among tourists/guests. The hotel has bad luck that 2 street crossing received unpronounceable names: Żwirki i Wigury and Komitetu Obrony Robotników. The hotel MUST improve its navigation system as personnel skills!

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

La habitación era muy bonita y la ubicación era excelente. Había varias paradas de autobús, metro y tranvía cerca, y estaba a poca distancia a pie de algunas atracciones. En general, era un buen lugar.

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

Está cerca del transporte público (metro, tranvía, tren) aunque lejos del centro historico. El hotel es enorme, así como las zonas comunes. La calefacción por radiadores de gas natural hace que se esté calentito en todas las partes...El único pero es la cocins compartida que es pequeña y no tiene vasos ni cubiertos

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente si está tomando un entrenador. Tenga en cuenta que el check-in está situado en el hotel siguiente, a pocos pasos 1-minute. El personal es agradable y útil, y el lugar es muy tranquilo. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel.
