RRon SadzakThis is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

BBridge MaisoModern, quiet rooms with split-type air conditioning, spotless bathrooms, and friendly service. The 6th-floor al fresco area offers beautiful oceanfront views.
Parking can be difficult due to shared space with the adjacent mall.
The location is roughly 10-15 minutes drive to the City of Tacloban.

UUsuario invitadoI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience.
The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

La habitación es muy agradable, (baño, escritorio, TV) con la única cosa que faltaba era un pequeño refrigerador. Buen baño con todas las comodidades y agua caliente. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, en la tienda de metro y con muchos lugares para comer a pocos pasos. Me alegraría quedarme allí otra vez.

UUsuario invitadoI booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

UUsuario invitadoEasy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

MMiss SigWe had to ask the front desk staff to transfer us to another room because the aircon unit wasn’t working. There’s a water dispenser at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is buffet; not much selection but it’s okay to get you by. No elevator as well.
Location is great. 24 hours open Andok’s and supermarkets are near. ATM machines are everywhere.
Must visit restaurants: Ocho; Prakaz bbq; Fahrenheit food Center. The hotel restaurant is a good place to dine too. Huge servings and tasty. Very friendly staff also.
Full of cute and antique stuff in this hotel which are definitely collectors items; very interesting.
Tip: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not on the street side as the vehicles tend to be very noisy since the rooms are just until the 4th floor.
