PPaula.S.The setting was lovely. The hotel was charming and the staff was helpful. The vanity lights were flickering and would not turn off. We ended up keeping them on all night. We had dinner in the hotel and it was fantastic. There was a saxophone and piano duo. So, so relaxing. Charm, charm, charm!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Es muy caro, aunque las opciones de comida y bebida son muy razonablemente preciosas para un hotel de esta naturaleza. ¡Realmente nos disfrutamos de una estadía muy relajada, disfrutar de las vistas al aire libre y el encanto clásico.

112MariaEsta es nuestra segunda estancia en la cabina de registro, con la primera como una experiencia agradable en Q4 de 2017.
Aunque la cabina de registro parecía un poco más vieja, aprecio el estacionamiento exclusivo en el lobby delantero.
El desayuno buffet gratuito era un poco de descenso, así que nos optamos después de la primera prueba.
En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y probablemente volveríamos, pero podríamos dejar de tomar el desayuno buffet de nuevo a menos que haya mejoras.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel nos gustó mucho. La comida no la recomiendo...creo que se puede mejorar. Y lo que más lamento, nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle, el ruido externo dificultó el dormir...pedi cambiar, pero el tipo de habitación que pegué daba a la calle. Si te quedas una noche como yo, no pasa nada, más días, no sé cómo seria. El personal es muy amable y disponible. La velocidad de internet es muy buena.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

AAngelica EranaThe staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.
