I had the pleasure of staying at The Nanee, and the experience was truly excellent. The hotel is genuinely charming, beautifully maintained, spotless, and very welcoming. You immediately feel the care and attention to detail in every corner. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive; they make you feel not just like a guest, but truly cared for. The breakfast is delicious, with great variety and quality, and the restaurant in general is excellent. The dishes are well prepared, flavorful, and served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also perfect for getting around the city easily, making it very convenient to explore. Last but not least, the morning tour offered by the hotel to discover local rituals and traditions is something truly unforgettable. It’s an authentic and enriching experience that allows you to connect deeply with the local culture. To make everything even more special, there is also a lovely farewell gift, a small but meaningful gesture that leaves a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this beautiful and charming city.

La ubicación es buena, a la plaza de Badzhou y a varias otras plazas están a pie. El hotel hereditario elegido es un estilo de decoración que le gusta este antiguo sentimiento histórico. We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is charming, with cozy wooden interiors that keep you warm and comfortable. The best part is the outdoor area—it’s so pretty, filled with flower pots and little nooks to just sit back and enjoy the quiet mountain atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy Nagarkot.🩷

This place is such a gem. Take slightly more than an hour direct from the Kathmandu airport. The views from the hotel is breathtaking. The room was clean and big enough for 2 pax. I like the balcony where i could just sit to take in the views and gaze at the stars at night. Bathroom was impeccably clean and the towels are really good. I participated in their morning hike organized by the hotel. The 1 hour i wished would lasted longer. We got a glimpse of the life around Nagarkot with amazing vistas. I must commend all the staffs at the hotel. Top notch service from everyone. With smile and very friendly. Special mention of Binod who has been very attentive in his service.

Santa , Sujan und Abhishek helped me a lot when I came back to the Hotel fully wet and halfly frozen because of the gigantic Thunderstorm . Dondevat for the Coffees . Gracias por su hospitalidad. Los propietarios de hoteles policiales y atentos ayudaron a explorar la zona circundante. Como amante de la arquitectura histórica y religiosa, estaba muy feliz. La habitación se vio al jardín, los vecinos no estaban ruidosos. A la vista de la ciudad en el piso superior, en la sala de cenas. Por este precio - excelente. Le recomiendo a todos.

Amazing location for a hotel. The view from the veranda of the Himalayas was great at sunrise. The room was nice and the guys at the hotel were really friendly. They were able to tell you which of the mountains you could see, including Everest. Nice selection for breakfast and the dinner menu was really good too. Also only a couple of minutes walk from the Sunset viewing point and not far to drive to the lookout tower.

This hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long. These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask. Overall, a great place to stay!
