Room & Cleanliness The accommodations were excellent. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is always a relief to check into a hotel and find that housekeeping is held to a high standard. Breakfast The one notable area for improvement is the morning dining experience. While the rest of the stay was great, the breakfast food was underwhelming. Upgrading the quality and variety of the breakfast options would easily elevate the overall experience. Overall Summary A very pleasant and comfortable stay anchored by a great staff and clean rooms. If they improve the breakfast offerings, this would be an easy five-star experience.

La habitación está limpia y tiene baño adjunto. No es pequeña para una persona. Es muy conveniente, ya que está ubicada en L2M. Sube por las escaleras mecánicas y verás el mostrador de facturación. Volveré a reservar si es necesario.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y lo mejor es que la hora de salida es exactamente 24 horas después del check-in. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy cómodo y sin complicaciones.

the hotel look awesome from the outside but honestly their rooms look really old especially the television looks like 2000s version.. anyway their service really good and breakfast was amazing too thx…

In one word our stay at this hotel was Excellent. The most professional, soberly behaved and friendly front desk staffs, the hotel amenities and shortlisted but quality breakfast will be in our memory for sometimes.

Estado en el Cyberview Resort & Spa y ngl las vibes fueron inmaculadas 😮💨🌿 El cuarto era HUGE, apropiado 4 pach cómodamente, besar de baño, memang mejor piscina y seda de desayuno con tantas opciones. Lo más importante, super tranquilo aquí. Repetir? Definitivamente sí 🤍

A pocos km de Putrajaya, estacionamiento limitado debido a la compartición con estacionamiento en el centro comercial. Check-in/out era suave, muy confortable personal. Grandes instalaciones, dispensador de agua disponible fuera de la habitación. La habitación dispone de una planta de hierro y hierro. Se conecta al centro comercial. Facil de moverse. En general, fue una estancia perfecta.

I found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident. The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water. Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

El personal es muy amable. Antes de venir, avísame dónde aparcar. Pide la silla de ruedas más antigua en TRIP.com. El personal está en P1, pero hay que pelearse con los clientes del centro comercial. Al registrar la entrada, la salida también es rápida. Dame una habitación cerca del ascensor 🤲🏻, solo que los de limpieza no son ciudadanos. Compruébalo como pollo y pato. Pero está bien, solo sonríe 🤣🤭, puedes volver para curarte. El centro comercial debajo del hotel es grande. Variedad de comida. Centro comercial. Cine. Los niños también quieren jugar. *Lo siento, a la tía no le gusta mucho sacar fotos. Los vecinos compran para sus nietos. Toma una foto para decirle a mamá que la telefonee 😁🤭. Suelo usar la almohadilla térmica. 🤣*
