UUsuario invitadoOverall, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the riverside, which makes it convenient and pleasant for walking around the area. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of different foods, which we really enjoyed.
The only downside was that we stayed during the Ramadan period. Because of this, breakfast service started at around 4:00 a.m. for Muslim guests. By the time we went down for breakfast around 6 or 7 a.m., many of the dishes had already been mostly taken, so the selection felt a bit limited.
The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some of them even helped us change to a better room so that we wouldn’t be disturbed by outside noise, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Khristopher and Bond.
As for the hotel facilities, it would be even better if the rooms could provide some additional basic items such as soap or a comb for guests.

SsuekNot aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.
Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

Si el ruido le molesta fácilmente, es mejor mantenerse alejado de este hotel. Nuestra habitación daba a una calle muy transitada y la insonorización era inadecuada. El implacable rugido de las motocicletas por la noche es suficiente para volverte loco. Justo cuando logras quedarte dormido alrededor de las 2 a. m., la cacofonía del tráfico afuera te despierta bruscamente a las 6 a. m. Es imposible descansar bien por la noche. Si el ruido no le molesta en absoluto, entonces este es un hotel que puede considerar por su ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad y es limpio y cómodo.

UUsuario invitadoTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

Instead of serving the cooked eggs on the counter ao that the residents can take as much as eggs as they want, they kept it. They will only only if they are asked. I found it a bit annoying

However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

JJohn in LaosEste hotel es anticuado. Todo el hotel, desde el vestíbulo hasta las habitaciones, huele a viejo. El personal se esfuerza al máximo, pero parece que les falta entusiasmo y pasión. Hay piscina al aire libre, pero no cubierta, y esta no tiene personal y es bastante pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. El portero es amable. Los menús se vuelven repetitivos después de unos días. Este sería un gran hotel si los propietarios invirtieran un poco en modernización y mantenimiento.
