UUsuario invitadoThis is a newly refurbished hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering excellent value for the price. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was fresh and enjoyable. One feature I particularly appreciated was the 24-hour gym, which made it convenient to fit in a workout at any time. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay with great facilities and reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

RRynRayRyanHad a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend.
Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!

AAiman & JeremyTodo estaba bien, no hay grandes problemas. Pero esperaba un poco más para un RM1500 por noche, por ejemplo, personal más atento y coordinado, mayor difusión de desayuno, drenajes de baño que no huelen. No comparable con otros hoteles en este punto de precios. Porters no estaba bien informado de las horas de funcionamiento de la instalación. La comida en el desayuno era bastante media, no mala, pero podría hacer con un toque más premium.

SsuekNot aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.
Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

Si el ruido le molesta fácilmente, es mejor mantenerse alejado de este hotel. Nuestra habitación daba a una calle muy transitada y la insonorización era inadecuada. El implacable rugido de las motocicletas por la noche es suficiente para volverte loco. Justo cuando logras quedarte dormido alrededor de las 2 a. m., la cacofonía del tráfico afuera te despierta bruscamente a las 6 a. m. Es imposible descansar bien por la noche. Si el ruido no le molesta en absoluto, entonces este es un hotel que puede considerar por su ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad y es limpio y cómodo.

UUsuario invitadoTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.
