хотим выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля! все было на высоком уровне. начиная от завтраков и заканчивая расположением. мы приехали чуть раньше, но молодой человек на ресепшен сделал все возможное чтобы заселить нас пораньше номер чистый! убирались каждый день! в номере кондиционер,фен, телевизор все работает, в идеальном состоянии нам для 2х человек места было предостаточно. завтраки 100/10 очень вкусно, сытно, разнообразно, большой выбор мы в восторге очень хочется вернуться в черногорию в том числе ради этого отеля он скрасил наш отпуск расположение великолепное! тихо и спокойно, в то же время 2 мин до пляжа и набережной с ресторанами и магазинами. езжайте сюда и даже не думайте!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. 

Excelentes apartamentos, equipados con todo lo que necesitas. Bella vista a las habitaciones del mar. Duro con accesibilidad para aquellos que no tienen un coche como el complejo está en la montaña. El complejo dispone de un restaurante con pasta y pizza decentes, a precios muy razonables.
