Hoteles en Chişinău con desayuno

◯ 立地が最高 大きなモール（レストラン、フードコート、スーパー、両替所）が隣にあり非常に便利でした。空港や観光地行きのバス停も目の前にあり移動がしやすいです。観光地までは徒歩だと距離がありますが、バスなら約10分ほどでアクセスでき、料金もUSD0.4と安く快適でした。徒歩圏のホテルよりこちらを選んで正解でした。 ◯ 種類豊富な朝食 フルーツ、野菜、モルドバのスイーツなど種類が豊富でした。特にローズジャムがとても美味しく、毎日パンやヨーグルトと一緒に楽しみました。レストランは天井が高く開放的で、座席も広く快適です。テラス席もあり雰囲気も良いです。 ◯ レストランスタッフの対応 レストランマネージャーのIrinaはとても親切で、常に気配りがあり、私の名前もすぐに覚えてよく声をかけてくれました。 Marinも私の名前を覚えてくれて、毎日名前を呼んで挨拶してくれました。 アシスタントレストランマネージャーのAlexandrも非常に親切で、リクエスト対応や両替、コインの説明など丁寧に対応してくれました。モルドバのコインも記念にいただき、とても良い思い出になりました。 ◯ フロント・ホテルスタッフの対応 フロントスタッフのLanaとCarolinaは毎日丁寧に対応してくれ、質問やお願いにも誠実に応じてくれました。会話の中でモルドバの文化についても教えてくれ、滞在中の楽しみの一つでした。シフトマネージャーのMihaelaも非常にプロフェッショナルで安心感がありました。 ◯ 快適な部屋と迅速な対応 部屋は新しく清潔で快適でした。最初の部屋に小さな問題がありましたが、すぐに別の部屋へ変更してもらえました。シャワーの水圧が弱い時もありましたが、連絡するとすぐにテクニカルマネージャースが確認し対応してくれました。 ハウスキーパーのValentinaはとても素敵な笑顔で、毎日会うのが楽しみでした。一生懸命英語を話そうとしてくれました。 ◯ 特別な心づかい 朝食時に気に入ったローズジャムについて相談したところ、対応を進めてくれたのはホテルマネージャーのAna Cozmaです。彼女の提案と手配により、ローズジャムと特別なワインを用意していただきました。 その後、Sales & Guest Relations CoordinatorのAnaが実際に部屋まで届けてくれました。感激して涙したところ彼女が温かいハグをしてくれました。 ワインはモルドバ・ジョージア・ウクライナの独立20周年を記念したもので、そのコンセプトにも感銘を受けました。 ◯ 総合評価 6泊中ほとんどの時間をホテル内で過ごしましたが、スタッフとの交流も含めて非常に充実した滞在でした。観光以上に思い出に残る経験になりました。価格はやや高めですが、それ以上の価値があります。次回モルドバに来る際も必ず宿泊したいホテルです。

I stayed three nights at the Mercure Jazz Hotel in Chișinău and overall had a good experience. Check-in was smooth and the staff was consistently friendly. My room (408) was spacious and well-equipped with a safe, fridge, and kettle for tea and coffee. The air conditioning didn’t work perfectly, which made the room a bit warm in the evenings, but it may have been due to the early season. The bathroom was fine overall, though the water pressure could be better and the shower floor was quite slippery. Housekeeping staff were polite and welcoming. The hotel offers a Russian sauna and a small gym, which I used several times. It was decent, though adding a spinning bike would improve it. Breakfast was good, with the option to request fresh omelettes or smoothies, although a bit more variety and less pre-packaged items (like yogurt) would be nice. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. A big plus is the nearby bus line 30, which takes you directly to and from the airport in about 5 minutes from the hotel area, for just 7 MDL.

Hotel muy bueno y agradable. Tranquilo pero no lejos de la zona turística. Creo que no hay aparcamiento, ya que mi taxi tuvo que esperarme en un pequeño espacio al lado de la carretera, pero se puede solucionar. Sin embargo, no creo que el conductor pueda esperar mucho tiempo. Hay un restaurante justo abajo que creo que funciona de forma independiente al dueño del hotel. Por lo tanto, no hay servicio de habitaciones y no se puede cargar a la habitación. ¡Pero la comida está buena!

Hotel is OK clean good location breakfast no good selection. Only à la carte and restaurant is too expensive for the food you get staff very friendly. only minus is the TV channels only news channel who repeats himself every every 10 minutes is in English and all the rest is Russian

Grande hotel. Limpia y nuevas habitaciones. Disfrute de un desayuno muy agradable. La ubicación está bien, algunas habitaciones que se enfrentan a las calles son altas, pero su AC es muy agradable, por lo que no hay necesidad de abrir una ventana por la noche. En general muy recomendado, volverá a venir!

Las habitaciones son nuevas y limpias. Hay una luz blanca y agradable en todas partes. Quisiera destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal de recepción. Recomiendo alojarse en este hotel; todo está a poca distancia a pie.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico de Chisináu, muy cerca de las principales atracciones y centros de negocios. Vistas impresionantes, buen desayuno, personal amable, piscina y gimnasio. Sin duda, es un 5 de 5

너무 깨끗하고, 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 침대랑 베게도 몸을 감싸듯 편안해서 있는 내내 잘 잤어요. 직원들이 영어 구사도 잘하고 친절해요. 조식이 뷔페식이 아니고 메뉴판에 있는 메뉴를 선택하는 거예요. 너무 신선하고 방금한 따뜻한 요리를 제공해줘서 조식이 기다려질 정도로 좋았어요. 엘레베이터는 없지만, 직원들이 짐을 옮겨줘서 불편함이 없었어요. 요청하면 바로 서비스를 제공해줘서 있는 내내 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 체크 아웃 때 택시도 잡아줘서 편하게 이동할 수 있었어요. 시티 센터 쪽이 아니여서 바로 옆에 식당이 1개 있고, 배달 어플로 음식을 시켜 먹을 수 있어요. 배달 어플은 로비 호텔 직원에게 물어보면 바로 알려줘요. 호텔 복도에서 르라보 어나더13 향기가 나서 더 포근하게 느껴졌던것 같아요.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was also very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress was in terrible condition: badly worn, uneven, and uncomfortable. I kept sliding to one side and could feel the springs, making it almost impossible to sleep. Another disappointment is the lack of feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms. For a modern hotel, this is a significant minus.

La habitación estaba en el piso -1st. No había ventana siempre oscura. No estoy seguro de otras habitaciones. La ubicación del hotel está lejos del centro de la ciudad.
