Fantastic ryokan in Kawazu with only 7 rooms. Located by the beach, although there is a road in-between. Weren't bothered by traffic noise at night though. Service is top-notch and the food at dinner is amazing and varied. Very fresh seafood with the nightly sashimi platter a highlight. Breakfast is western style and a bit limited though compared with the dinner, but still delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the location was great and there was a direct sea view from most of the rooms and the onsen. Some of the facilities are slightly dated. Whilst it is very costly, i do feel overall that stay was still within expectations. The biggest disappointment for me was the dinner where the steam fish served was not as fresh. Despite the feedback provided to the hotel, they could not do any service recovery and simply kept repeating that they could not do anything. This goes against the great Japanese service I have always encountered everywhere I go in Japan

很傳統的日式酒店，離海邊很近。大概從車站打車5分鐘可以到，酒店提供接駁巴士但是有時間點限制 附近步行三分鐘左右有便利店，五分鐘左右能到海邊，還是挺不錯的 温泉感覺還挺好的，料理方面感覺非常不錯。度假挺舒服的。

1.設施方面 這次先在箱根住了一晚，之後又來伊豆稻取住了一晚，兩相對比感觸比較深。稻取這家酒店的設施相比箱根剛裝修過的確實要老舊一些，不過基本的配置都很齊全，日常使用沒什麼問題。由於早櫻時節所以價格略顯高，性價比反而比箱根4K+的低。 露天風呂面朝大海，白天景色非常不錯，但該房型看不到日出，僅有極小的角度可以，正面角度看不到大島；晚上海風很大，泡湯的時候衹能儘量把身體縮在水裡，不然會覺得冷。 公共設施使用上有點不太方便，所有自助機器都衹能用硬幣或者1000日元紙幣，不能刷卡也不能用電子付款。我衹能下樓去前台換零錢，但一次也衹給換一張1000的，而且太新的紙幣老舊機器還識別不了，這點比較麻煩。另外休息室衹對VIP用户開放，像我這種通過攜程預訂的基本就別想用了。 位置方面：周邊有便利店營業到11點；如果以此地為休息點，去河津、伊豆高原等地會比較麻煩，本地衹有一輛出租車，可遇不可求，來回車站走路單程20分鐘，尤其是晚上回來路上一個人都沒有，可以自行想象。 2.服務方面 到達酒店半個小時前發了郵件（因為之前不確定到達時間），很快得到回覆，出站第一時間便能看到舉旗的老爺爺/司機，所以很快便能乘坐shuttle bus到達酒店；辦理入住的時候前台阿姨態度挺熱情的，不過全程沒有提到私湯預約的事情，後來我自己看介紹才知道私湯是要在房費之外另外付費的，想想算了也就沒再問。之前在箱根住的那家酒店可以預約所有私湯而且不限次數，全都包含在房費裏，那個體驗真的很棒。所以如果要住伊豆東海這邊的酒店，建議入住的時候多主動和酒店人員溝通，問清楚各種服務項目，不然很容易錯過。估計因為trip和攜程華人很多。 3.餐食方面 晚餐看價格比較貴，加上我個人不太想吃魚，所以就沒預約一泊兩食。早餐相對來説性價比還是挺不錯的，品種也比較豐富。餐廳有會説英文的外國服務員，會很認真地介紹每道菜怎麼吃，服務態度很好，這點值得表揚。 4.總體評價 這家酒店勝在海景，設施雖然老舊但基本夠用，服務人員態度也不錯。不足的地方主要是硬件設施比較陳舊，付款方式不夠便利，還有一些服務項目需要額外付費但因為語言關係不會主動告知。如果預算有限又想體驗海景温泉的話，這家酒店還是可以考慮的，但要做好心理預期，不要期待太高。建議提前準備好零錢，入住時主動詢問清楚各種付費項目和使用規則，這樣能獲得更好的體驗。 このホテルは海の景色が素晴らしいのが魅力です。設備は古いですが、基本的には十分使えますし、スタッフの対応も良好です。不足している點は、主にハード麪の設備がやや老朽化していること、支払い方法があまり便利ではないこと、そして一部のサービスが追加料金制なのに言葉の問題で積極的に説明してもらえないことです。予算が限られていて海景温泉を體験したい場合は、このホテルも選択肢になりますが、心の準備をして、あまり高い期待は持たない方が良いでしょう。事前に小銭を用意しておき、チェックイン時に各種有料サービスや利用ルールをしっかり確認することをお勧めします。そうすればより良い體験ができるはずです。

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y sencillo. La variedad y la calidad de los alimentos fueron excelentes. Las cosas que mejorar son las instalaciones, especialmente los arbustos. Es muy pequeño pero, más importante, no se mantuvo bien y no había botón de emergencia. We were really taken aback by how nice the entire experience was at the cost, private bath, onsen, and the facilities were a delight. The photos did not do the rooms justice. Beautiful and practical. Nice staff as well. Dinner buffet was delicious as well, we went back for seconds.  The town was gorgeous, great workout, and the locals were very friendly although it’s hard to get to neighbouring areas without a car and the nearby shops are often only open for one or a few days of the week which means you should be careful in your planning if you want to eat out of the hotel in a place that is not a konbini.
