Mesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom. This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas! The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice. There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing. Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.

飯店位置剛好在商店街的附近非常方便，到吃要逛要買都有，附近都有停車場，飯店打掃得很乾淨沒有異味，廁所也很乾淨，櫃檯服務真的是非常好，不懂語言也很有耐心的用翻譯機跟我們溝通，下次有機會再來到石垣島一定要再入住。

Hace unos años utilicé el ala del club ANA Continental y tuve una estadía de ensueño en todos los sentidos. Como esta vez viajaba solo, ahorré algo de dinero y me quedé en el Ocean Wing. Dado que hay una diferencia de precio, es inevitable que haya algunas diferencias en las habitaciones, pero ¿cómo es tener tal disparidad en las habilidades del personal? Es el mismo Hotel ANA Continental, ¿no? El personal en el check-in fue el peor. De todos modos, la historia siempre es poco entusiasta y carece de impulso. No repitas lo que dije. Como resultado, no pude recibir ninguna solicitud de reserva. Me gustaría pensar que los otros miembros del personal son más hábiles, pero fue un gran shock ya que había venido a verlos con grandes expectativas y muy animado. También trabajo en la misma industria de servicios. Pongámonos en el lugar de la otra persona y perfeccionemos aún más nuestras habilidades.

Nos alojamos en la villa. Estaba cerca de la piscina y del mar, y los alrededores tenían un encantador ambiente de resort. El desayuno buffet también era muy delicioso. Me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo cuando vaya a Ishigaki. Lo único que fue decepcionante fue que la temperatura del baño de agua fría después de la sauna era demasiado alta, pero aparte de eso, ¡fue absolutamente perfecto! !

Este hotel está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. Hay grandes supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes a 10 minutos a pie (bicicletas gratuitas disponibles). El puerto está a 20 minutos en autobús y todo está cerca. Si buscas un viaje tranquilo y planificado, este hotel es el mejor. Baños limpios que no requieren filtro de ducha. Desayuno adecuado. Me alojé aquí tres noches durante un viaje de buceo. ¡Quedé absolutamente impresionado con el excelente servicio! ✨ Bebidas y helado de bienvenida Una amplia variedad de artículos de tocador, incluyendo cepillos de dientes y productos para el cuidado de la piel, están disponibles en cualquier momento. Varios tipos de awamori disponibles gratis. Toallas de buceo disponibles en recepción para que las lleves. Excelente desayuno (varios platos de Okinawa, awamori, helado Blue Seal). El personal fue amable y servicial. ¡Sin duda, me alojaría de nuevo en este hotel! 😊

La habitación en la que me alojé era la 406, y por alguna razón, oía el crujido de la puerta abriéndose en mitad de la noche, ya sea desde fuera o desde dentro de la habitación porque estaba muy oscuro, lo cual no puedo decir, pero me despertaba cada hora. Estoy un poco privado de sueño. El servicio del hotel fue genial! Recibimos una bebida de bienvenida todos los días, que incluía awamori. Además, se proporcionaban batidos (3 tipos) todos los días y se colocaban artículos de tocador en la recepción, lo cual fue muy útil. El servicio en el hotel también fue muy bueno y educado. Está cerca del centro y de la terminal de autobuses por lo que me gustaría volver a utilizarlo, pero me preocupan los ruidos extraños en la habitación.

Hotel is located slightly off the busy area which I like cos it’s quiet. Very near to Family Mart and supermarket Overall stay was pleasant with the room rate. Note: - Located slightly away from the busy buzz yet near to 24hr Family Mart and MaxValue. - If you need constant attention and with room cleaning, bed making service daily, this will not suit you. - Hotel staff only work on certain hours and do not speak much English. Super helpful when I asked for help eg:calling a taxi. - Fresh towels are provided daily and they placed on the door handle. - Room is spacious with big sea facing windows. - Will be great if there are more hooks on the spacious walls or toilet. - Enjoyed also the public bath esp after a day out of walking! - Free breakfast was sufficient.

福ちゃん、ニコルさんと２匹の猫、藻玉と煮豆に優しく迎えられ、あっという間に滞在日数が過ぎてしまいました。大満足で、皆さんへおすすめのお宿です。 内外装ともとっても素敵です。リゾートに来た〜と感じます。レンタカー用に駐車場を使わせてもらいました。 居室内は清潔・快適です。ベッド・布団はとってもふんわり良く眠れました。 エリアはレンタカーがあればとても便利な立地です。フサキビーチのすぐ近くあり、徒歩でビーチまで行けます(フサキビーチリゾートのメインの建屋の方を通り、特に手続き等不要です)。 朝食を頂きました。食材・調味料の一つひとつにこだわったお料理で、心も身体も癒されます。 私たちは未体験ですが、ヒーリングトリートメントやYOGAを受ける事ができます。 また是非訪れたいお宿です。

This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast.
