Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Cozy place with great service & lovely food. Great stay at Amritara Sadka!! Everyone from the front desk staff to restaurant staff & attendants have impeccable service standards and ready smiles. Special mention to the restaurant staff, led by Capt. Gulzar. Food was always tasty & piping fresh. Cleanliness and location of the hotel makes it ideal for a short family holiday. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Amritsar.

Nuestro estancia en SureStay Heritage Walk Amritsar fue realmente memorable. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a pocos pasos de Harmandir Sahib, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para varias visitas, especialmente para la mañana temprana o tarde Darshan. Tiene problemas de mantenimiento... los muebles de la piscina están desgastados... había un vaso roto tirado en el borde de la piscina... Informamos al personal, pero solo hicieron fotos y nunca se molestaron en volver a limpiar la zona... los ascensores tienen paneles de madera sin terminar con los bordes sin rematar... Pedimos comida a la habitación, que se retrasó, y al preguntar nos dijeron que habían enviado nuestro pedido a otra habitación porque su sistema no funcionaba y no lo registraron correctamente... Nos dieron una tarjeta de habitación y, al pedir otra, nos dijeron que el sistema no funcionaba y, por lo tanto, no podían dar otra tarjeta... las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por una habitación apenas más grande. En resumen, no volveré a alojarme aquí.

Propiedad nueva y moderna cerca del aeropuerto, me alojé aquí para disfrutar de la serenidad del entorno y escapar de los agitados ”chowks” de Amritsar. Habitaciones y baños bellamente decorados con artículos de tocador de calidad. La ropa de cama era muy cómoda. El servicio fue excelente en todos los departamentos, la comida y el desayuno fueron excelentes.

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Service is amazing by Priya , Dielsaab, Aniel and Rajendra. They are very friendly and because of them we want to come again. Manager Kuldip Sharma also assisted us very good. The service made our stay very good

Ours was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good
